Kevin was MORE than helpful during our stay! Hotel is strategically located just north of Houston. Service was exceptional! Indoor pool was perfect for our family. Kevin greeted us by name every time we left or entered the hotel, made sure our rooms were ready for an early arrival, and even made gift bags for us (Christmas time stay)..He made us feel extremely welcomed-will be staying here again when we visit family in the area! Great hotel for the price!

This hotel is conveniently located, clean, and has a a lot of amenities. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate. What sets this hotel apart is the service. Kevin was attentive and helpful. Janitza was amazing each morning in the kitchen area. She was attentive, friendly, and so hospitable. I can’t say enough about the good service we enjoyed.

Great hotel for the $, but some small issues. Guess it was the area, but there was always people outside hanging around outside (didnt make me feel unsafe though). Pool was heated enough to play/swim in and they had water toys for our kiddos. Ours had a side (south facing) view and the freeway noise was loud enough to where we needed to have the a/c fan on at night. Room was clean and updated and the breakfast was amazing with superb coffee!

The people at the front desk are very accommodating, respectful, and pleasant. The morning breakfast gets restocked in a timely manner, and the pool temperature is very comfortable. This has been my 3rd stay at this location and prefer to stay in the rooms above the first floor, they have nicer showers in my opinion. Overall, I staff are so nice! I plan on using my Hilton points here whenever I come to visit Houston

I have stayed at this Hampton a few times over the years, as I get to The Woodlands for business nearly each quarter. This trip, the hotel was noticeably excellent. In each aspect, my stay was clean, helpful staff, productive resources (fitness, office, breakfast/coffee), restful. Kevin was top notch and hospitable, Vanessa(?) at the front desk was kind, and also housekeeper Amanda was respectful and accommodating for my multi-day stay. The hotel made for a great HQ, as I was in and out for meetings all week. Will definitely make sure to schedule my repeat visit to this location.
