Bed bugs in #121.. wondering why I'm itching and scratching..saw babies on the bed..in thinking they came in cause I left the door open..they was baby bed bugs.. I then inspected the bed..took the comforter off.. check the pillows..saw 1 brown adult.. I immediately packed up.. went to front office for a pro rated refund..he denied having bed bugs..told me to leave or he's calling the cops.. that's a sleazy hotel.. affordable but bed bugs

Stayed last year for about a week. The room was okay. Cleanliness was okay. No problems. The owner seemed nice, and everything went smoothly. I had a good experience the first time around, so I booked for a second time this year. The owner was not available at the time of checking in. When I got to my room, the place was horrifying! The toilet had poop smears and not clean whatsoever. I immediately went to the front desk, and they apologized and gave me another room. Upon entering the second room, I was quite surprised. The second room I received was extremely clean and had several amenities that the previous rooms did not have. So, I think the more you pay, the better room you get. I think it's pretty unfair. Fast forward to the time of checkout. The morning of checkout, I had stepped out for a moment. When I got back to my room to retrieve my items and turn the room key, my belongings were gone. Keep in mind checkout is at 11:00AM. It was 10:36AM when this happened. I immediately went to the front desk, and the lady at the front desk told me the cleaning personnel had retrieved my items from the room because they were going to clean it. I was very upset and told them they had no right to go in there! I wasn't even late for checkout! The lady got very upset. With me! Not my fault they messed up. Anyway, this is the last time I'll ever step foot in this place. I would not be surprised if the staff go into the rooms while the guests are not present. After this experience, I will spend a little more else where. I do not recommend it!

The owners are very nice and even showed me the room before I rented it. In hi own words "It's not the Marriott, but it's very clean and safe" He is right, I slept like a baby.

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good but there was bug's in the bathroom and the microwave did not work.

The place is okay if u need a room that's not too strict and u need somewhere to lay your head for the night. The only pros were that they didn't have bed bugs and the ac was really cold. But it was bugs and spiders, ants They don't have no hot water, the faults to run a bath. The room kept flooding with nasty water, and I didn't know where it was coming from. They never came to my room to bring towels or tolit paper. We always had to go find them or go to the office. The only change the sheets once a week, so if it's nasty before, then u have to wait. And they we had to find them to change the sheets. They don't have Wifi. Or good channels. The wifi is only right next to the office, and it still goes in and out. The price is not bad at all for what u get 🙄 I even had the office call me as soon as they seen me leave and accused me of having a dog in my room and when I told her I didn't she was like oh ppl was complaining so I still have to walk through your room to make sure . I was mad because it was told to me that when they come in your room while you were gone, they steal things. And I thought that was weird that that happened on the day my husband and I decided to both leave.
