Stayed here for 5 days then was told I would have to pay $150.00 deposit for my service dog. We called in advance and was told service dogs were welcome. I refused to pay the deposit after my fifth day of staying here and was told I would have to leave the property. There's no breakfast. No phones in the rooms. The WiFi is shoddy with low security. No washer or dryers. The rooms were filthy and floor boards were rotted out. There were no door knobs on the closets either. This place is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I would never recommend that anymore stay here. Do not be fooled by the outer appearance. This place sucks!!! I didn't even want to give it 1 star for a review but I had to in order to leave a written report. Do not come here ever. Also, we were paid up for another day and they refused to refund our money.

Worst hotel management I have ever experienced. I stayed for five nights consecutively, with my ESA certified dog and was kicked out on the 6th day. They had seen the dog on a daily basis and never said a thing, and then waited till after we paid the daily rent to confront us and refused to reimburse. On top of that the room was covered with roaches. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this horrible hotel.

I needed a room for the night. Was approached by a man who said he worked at the hotel. He offered me a room that he said he had already booked and all I had to do was pay him $48 to avoid the deposit. I had a few drinks and just needed a place to sober up so I accepted his offer. I was offered illegal substances by a lady sitting outside. The whole ordeal was a scam. I ended up spending most of the night in the lobby until the police where called and the manager (Older overnight Man with belly) allowed me to purchase a room once I was able to secure the funds through cash app. Mind you I had already paid a guy who supposedly worked there $44.00. Despite everything the guy who scammed me was not kicked out and spent a night at the same hotel. Once everything was cleared the stay was actually ok. Only use this hotel is you need a place to sober up or if you just want to meet a your side piece or "Sancho" for a cheap night of thrills.

There is no elevator they put us on the third floor. The whole place smells like drugs. There were people loitering in the lobby and dining area the pool is broken the whole place is dirty and smells and they made us pay a deposit on top of the reservation price for the room and because we did not have cash it will take 4 days to get our money back. Nothing was said about a deposit when we reserved the room. It is cheap for a reason do not stay here.

So I called first to ask if there is a deposit required in this low scale dirty motel / hotel . The person over the phone said no just pay online and you’re all set . I paid online recieved receipt and confirmation. Once I got there he told me a deposit was required I did not have the funds and I explained the situation and still no help . So my family and I on the street trying to figure things out . Calling the city for inspection if we don’t receive the keys to our room
