I booked this hotel weeks ago through their website and paid. I get here to check in after driving hours away just for the very rude lady to tell me they did not take reservations and that she did not have a room. Mind you that there is only a few cars in the parking lot. She says all the rooms are full which is very untrue. She would not give me a refund and the website cannot give it to me for 14 days. I am now stuck out of town with no where to stay. Never ever book here online or OYO hotels at all they are the absolute worst. This place needs to be shut down. Another thing that happened at the front desk a lady said she could not pay her hotel today but the front desk is letting her stay. How do you have a room for someone who did not pay, but not for someone that has? Makes no sense

If I could give zero star, I would. Don't bother booking this hotel. There is no staff attending the front desk to check in guests at night, and a regular who came to check up on me said this has been a recurring issue. I arrived with another family at 10pm on a Monday night. We both have prepaid for a room through different hotel booking apps, and we didn't get the room we paid for. I had to wait an hour and half waiting to get a refund and change hotel. This hotel has expecting unattended guests to not go through the trouble to get a refund.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and definitely have no plans of ever returning. I had made a reservation online to stay there and pay when arriving. Beware there are two Hotel O & Hotel OYO. This location you can't tell is Hotel O as the sign says The Grand Inn. Checking in was a nightmare. I should have been able to go in with the reservation number, pay, and get the room key with no issues. Definitely not how that works! Upon arriving with my reservation number and the proof of the amount to be charged, the clerk had to consult with the owner to verify they'll honor the price because apparently "OYO or Hotel O, The parent/sister company that they partnered with to rent out rooms at this location have cut their price of rooms tremendously." While I wait for the person to consult with the owner, there were a few people in the lobby waiting as well. The owner came into the front and looked at my reservation and begun arguing about the price saying it was too cheap to the clerk. The owner said I'll go ahead and honor the price. I went ahead and paid in cash as it would have cost more with debit/credit. After paying they did argued about which room to put me into. A total of three times they changed rooms before finally deciding to put me into the original room. A man came into the lobby as I was leaving out and he told me that he was the security guard and maintenance person and that the housekeepers had quit a couple days ago and he was also taking on the roll of housekeeping. We got to the room and had to wait for the owner to come turn the power on. It was in the dead of summer end of July beginning of August. It was hot in the room. There was one towel and one wash cloth. I requested more and was given an attitude that they only allowed one in the room, I said for two people? They brought more. During the week we stayed there never saw housekeeping service. There was no remote to the tv and to turn channels was wonky as the tv was old. If you hit the channel button, it controlled the volume button. If you hit the volume button it turned the tv off. I had to request a microwave. The beds wasn't comfortable at all. There were holes in the wall that I kept waking up to make sure no rat was coming through. The door wasn't completely sealed off. Definitely a run down motel. It was a non smoking motel room but yet the sheets and bed had cigarette burn holes in it. If I could have afforded more money at the time I would have gone else where. I definitely don't recommend this place. Also there is a Mexican restaurant on the premises of this hotel but I can't comment on it as we didn't go there. Oh and also there was no wifi internet service. I'm not sure of how Hotel O/ Hotel OYO rooms usually are, but this experience made me not want to return to and motels/hotels owned by this brand.

Bad service, room was not cleaned from previous tenants including the bathroom. Towels had hair all over them. Woke us up in the middle of the night three nights in a row to check the room. People were running up and down the walkway all night. If I wanted to go to the store had to around two miles to make a turn around to head back to the hotel. Microwave did not work took three days to replace. Roaches and honey bee's in room. Tables were sticky. No coffee cream or Suger.
