This place is not great. The location kinda sucks, like you arent going to walk anywhere for food, so you are limited to whats on site, delivery, or driving. But i knew that going in. On site is not great. The restauraut isn't open in the middle of the day, so if you check in before 5pm you are SOL. I paid in advance for breakfast, so i hoped that might be something respectable. It was garbage. A jimmy dean breakfast sammich would be an improvement. Just watery fake eggs, undercooked potatoes and like the saddest continental spread you have ever seen. So its nice to know they wasted my money before I even got on site. If someone reaches out to me to refund that breakfast I will edit this review accordingly. On the plus side, they must have anticipated my hunger, so they made sure to leave the previous guests leftovers in my minifridge. So I dont exactly have the utmost confidence that the rooms were thoroughly cleaned. Really the highlight of the visit has been the stray dog wandering around the parking lot, he seems to be having a good enough time and provides some idle entertainment. All things considered, one of my lesser bonvoy experiences.

This was, without question, the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We reserved a suite and arrived at 3:45 PM, well after the 3:00 PM check-in time. We were informed that the previous guest had a late checkout and were given two options: wait approximately an hour or accept a standard king room with breakfast vouchers. We chose to wait, as we were celebrating Christmas with our daughter and specifically booked a suite so we could open gifts, watch a movie, and spend time together comfortably. After waiting only about ten minutes, we were told the suite was no longer available because the housekeeping staff were leaving for the day. At that point, we were left with no real option but to accept the standard king room and vouchers. When we entered the room, it was shockingly small—the smallest king room we have ever seen—and completely unacceptable as a replacement for the suite we reserved and paid for. This situation reflects a total lack of planning, accountability, and respect for guests. We immediately left the property and were fortunately accommodated without issue at a Hampton Inn down the road, where customer service was handled properly.

Facilities are good, decent place for a quick overnight near the airport. Staff had trouble locating extra pillows (took 3 calls and a visit to the front desk to finally get them.) Staff running the restaurant/bar seemed brand new. Food was fine, definitely not worth the price.

This hotel takes the BEST care of their airline crew! I'm overnighting here after a very long day and couldn't be happier. Room is clean, pretty, and quiet. The staff at the front desk are incredibly sweet and helpful. The kind lady in the red Christmas cowboy-hat with a rose on it, she has a warm, welcoming personality and is great to talk to! I wish I was here longer!

Love the chain but not this location. Rough part of town, although a gated property, numerous car break ins and parts of the security fence was open/broken creating a false sense of security. Was staying here for work and our tailights were taken within hours of arriving (probably in inside job) along with the truck across from me. Addressed management with concerns without a solution. Also called corporate and basically another waste of time. Now we are out our deductible and repair time (7k).
