I stayed for two nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, especially considering this is a Marriott property. The lobby had a strong gas‑like smell throughout my stay. When I reported it, the front desk staff simply said they were aware of it but no work had been done to address it. That alone was concerning. The room itself was spacious, but the basics were missing. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash—just empty slots in the shower and no sachets provided. The flush kept running for 15–20 minutes after every use. There were no napkins in the room. Even finding a usable plug point was a struggle; after searching for several minutes, I finally found one hidden under the table. This was my second stay with Marriott, and unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had with the brand. For a chain known for its standards, this stay fell far below expectations. I don’t see myself choosing Marriott again after this.

Great deal especially for what I paid. Super clean and super nice. Breakfast is minimal at best but the hotel next door is free for guests here and was as good or better then any other free breakfast hotels. The toilet ran all.....night.....long....wow. what a waste of water. I know how to fix it so I made it stop but how many other guests just let it go at $100s of wasted water per day. I reported it so now should be solved.

Perhaps it depends on who is working the front desk and the condition of the hotel and room at the time of ✔️ in. I didn't find anything wrong with staying at this hotel. Yes, the heat climate control did not work, yet it was not arctic weather to contend with. A slight musk smell though to be somewhat expected. Suggest shampooing the carpet. I mean overall, nothing to make run and run fast for one night. Front staff person is awesome and accommodating. Great location, plenty of parking and well lit at night. Room was clean, bed firm and comfortable. TV worked. Hot water, toilet strong flush, portable AC and lots of desk space. I don't mine dated furniture as long as it is clean and not smell as such in this case. Not one to partake in all hotel amenities, thus no deal breaker. Just need a good rest and this is what I got here. 🌟

Need a quiet place to sleep after a long day of flying passengers across the country? Want a shower and something that resembles breakfast before you do it again tomorrow? If so, do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. The room I reserved? Apparently imaginary. They “didn’t have it” and instead put me in a room with an industrial-sounding portable air conditioning unit that roared like it was cleared for departure. When I called the front desk to ask about moving to a quieter room, I was told every room uses the same portable units. So noise isn’t a glitch here. It’s a feature! The room also wouldn’t cool down. I thought I would try and take a shower. No soap. None. I called the desk and saying I had no soap in the bathroom and was told, and this is a direct quote: “none of the rooms have soap.” I asked how guests are expected to wash their hands after using the restroom. The response? “A lot of people complain about that, but I don’t know what you want me to do about it. I’m just a front desk lady.” Let that sink in. A hotel that does not provide soap. She found a stray packet of shampoo somewhere and asked ‘want this?’ That was the solution. Which I guess was better than nothing. I’ve stayed in more hotels than I can count, from tiny rural strips to major city hubs. I have never encountered one that doesn’t provide basic soap. That is not a luxury. That is the absolute floor. Breakfast is advertised until 10:00 AM. I went down at 7:47. The spread consisted of iced cookies, hard-boiled eggs, orange juice, and apple juice. That’s it. Not continental. Not minimal. Just confusing. This place isn’t just poorly managed. It’s indifferent. The facilities are inadequate, and the staff response to legitimate concerns ranges from dismissive to openly apathetic. If you value sleep, hygiene, or even the most basic standards of hospitality, skip this property. You would genuinely be more comfortable parking at a well-lit Walmart and calling it a night. At least there, you can run in and get some soap.

Do not book here. I arrived 11/11/25 for a one night stay. Checked in with front desk clerk and went to the room where I found a portable ac unit. The temperature outside was in the 60s and unit did not have any heat option. The front desk clerk failed to mention this issue. I called immediately to tell the clerk I could not stay here. He told me there were not other rooms and he could give me an extra blanket. I replied that the condition of the room was not as promised and uninhabitable. He says he could not give a refund, but I could email customer service for a refund. I did not stay or even use the restroom. Totally untouched room. I had to find another place to stay late at night. Customer service, Joe Faris, did not refund my room charge citing a policy issue. Totally unacceptable.
