The hotel downstairs was nice but the room was a totally different story. The bathroom was dated and looked a little dirty but not sure if that was because of the age of the furniture in there. The bed was comfy and the room was a fairly decent size. The elevator floor tile didn't look like it was cleaned in a long time. Good amount of parking but it's $10 per night.

Nice, professional staff. Very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and pleasant, as were all facilities. Air conditioner was very loud and had trouble cooling the room effectively. Traveling companion reported her room a/c was fine; so our problem was probably unique to the room. Otherwise no complaints. Levy Park next door great for kids.

The hotel is old and under renovation (it's apparently been like this for *a while*). No restaurant, no fitness center, no pool. The rooms are kind of old - the bathrooms need some work. Not what you expect when paying that kind of money to stay in a Sheraton. On the plus side, the staff was FANTASTIC! C is awesome! They really worked to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thanks guys! Overall, take a pass on this one. There are plenty of hotels in the area that are not only more inexpensive, but nicer and that have amenities that you would expect at this price point.

The location was easy to find and right off the freeway. Very easy to get to everything we needed. The room was clean and moderately equipped. Great water pressure! The bathroom door didn't close, the bathroom didn't have a fan, one of the lamps didn't work. Excellent service at the desk, and the lobby was really lovely

My wife and I stayed here for a week and it was pleasant enough to think of a future return. The location was very convenient for us -close to TMC. The room was spacious, with nice and comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was clean, although we had to really shut the shower valve or it kept dripping. The only thing we would have really liked was a fridge -even a small one. Although the view from the relatively large non-opening windows was the freeway, I would have liked it to be kept cleaner; it was quite spotty and dusty. It was a double window in the sense that they seemed to have fixed another window over the original one. This created a space between them that made it impossible to clean. The carpet could have a little refreshing but otherwise it didn't feel bad. Overall, I felt I had a good deal on this one.
