This is one of the best hotels in energy corridor if not the best. Jackie the General Manager is very hospitable attentive and helpful. She made me feel appreciated and made my stay peaceful safe and welcomed. Jackie is Excellent in her management duties. The rooms are superbly clean. The housekeeping manager Sabrina Keeps everything running exceptionally Excellent. The Breakfast food is absolutely Delicious and great quality too!!! My room was facing the freeway and close to the elevator but the room was very quiet and I slept well and rested fir the day. I simply Love this place. Will return again!! I would've given more than 5 star because this is above and beyond superb Hotel!

Evans is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked into the lobby, she was warm, professional, and extremely welcoming. The check-in process was fast and smooth, and she went out of her way to help me with everything I needed. She answered all my questions patiently and made me feel genuinely taken care of. My stay here became so much better because of Evans. Her attitude, smile, and efficiency truly stand out. Highly recommend this hotel, and a huge thank-you to Evans for the outstanding service

Our room was reserved on Hotels.com. We arrived about 7 pm. Check in was quick and easy, with a nice, subtle scent as we entered. The lobby area is nice and inviting. The front desk clerk was accommodating, but wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. However, there was a custodian cleaning the elevators as we went to our room who was. We reserved a basic king room and it was a decent size. It was clean with a nice bathroom and toilet paper rolls adorned with a bow made from toilet paper. Nice touch. Good size glass shower. The a/c worked great. However, we had to unplug the refrigerator because it made a constant shrilling noise and the a/c unit made a slight rumbling sound as well. The bedside lamps didn’t work. And the bed left a little to be desired. Overall, it was a decent room for the price, I just expected more from a Sheraton.

I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times over the last several years and as a whole the Hotel is adequate for a night or two, there are serious issues when it comes to staff though. On my latest trip i stayed here for two nights, i arrived late as usual and the desk clerk seemed either new or poorly trained. He did not acknowledge me as a Titanium Elite Member, he did not do anything special for me, not a bag of goodies, not a bottle of water, not a hand wriiten card from GM thanking me for staying there, certainly not an upgraded room, nothing. Worse, I have as standing preferences that I want highest floor possible, and I was assigned 2nd floor in the back corner of the building. I have to ask for a higher floor which apparently was equivalent to me asking for the moon. After some discussion I was assigned a top floor corner room. I wasn't asked my preferences as to points or breakfast and was handed two breakfast vouchers, I didn't use them. I was exhausted and I didnt want to argue so i took them and went to my room. The room was clean, though other people on the floor seemed to be having a party and were loud all night long. My TV didn't work, and once again i was too tired to want to deal with it so i just went to bed. This isn't the first trip I've stayed here where my TV didn't work either. The Hotel is right along I-45 and the sounds of the Freeway can be incredibly loud. I've learned to wear ear plugs. On previous trips where I stayed longer than 2 weeks, My room never got cleaned, even when i went to Front desk and made a point of asking for fresh linens( I had been sleeping on the same sheets for 2 weeks,) I come back from work to find the bed made up but same nasty sheets had been used. The Hotel gave me 500 points which is nothing for the lack of good hygenic practices and what they call service there. Depending on the floor, the ice machine may or may not work. They have been without a working dryer(the hotel only has one washer and one dryer available for guest use) for over a month. I was told they ordered a new one. The AC cannot be set lower than 66 and it rarely seems to hit that. The mini fridge doesn't get very cold. Supposedly, Elite Guests are supposed to get better wifi, last couple of trips i had to use open guest wifi, as even guest room specific wi-fi didn't work. There are even more problems than this but I digress. If you need a clean room and dont want to worry about your vehicle broken into during the night (the hotel provides parking lot security over night) this hotel will suit. If you are willing to pay more per night there are better options though.

Great location! Convenient for work travel and the team was very helpful and accommodating. We dealt with some issues unrelated to our stay during our time here and they made sure that our rental car and needs were all looked after. Shout out to both the lovely Ms. Evans and Jimmy T. You both are very much appreciated! Keep up the top notch customer service! It goes a long way!
