Hotel staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. Good spot near the highway. The room wasn't great. It wasn't bad, it is just very dated and could use some renovation. One day there was an industrial humidifier on my floor and the hallway carpet was soaked but the staff was prompt in trying to resolve the issue (my room was fine though).

The lobby was really nice, but that image was quickly erased when I walked in the room. Like many have noted this hotel really needs a renovation. My tub barely drained, as in I was taking a shower and it was filled halfway up before I was done and then took about an hour to drain. Also the faucet in the tub didn't have a definite off position. It took me a while to find the true off position and not just close to it where it would drip. For the price this was a big disappointment.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The lobby, bar, and breakfast areas were clean and nicely decorated in a nice, neutral modern style. The actual rooms of the hotel, the hallways, and other sections have not been updated in what appears to be a long time. The hallways and rooms were a bit dingy and dark, and the carpets, wallpapers, fixtures and decor/bedding was pretty dated and dirty looking. But overlooking the aesthetics of the non-public spaces, the hotel was a fine place to stay.

Stay here often for business travel great location. The rooms are in need of renovation but the staff is always nice and consistent. The low turnover that I notice tells me the staff must be happy. Every time I stay, the bartender, Gary, is always here and I've come to expect to see him. Great guy.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. I recently stayed two nights for business and if my employer wasn't paying I would have sought other accommodations. The room I was given had buckling and mildew-smelling carpet. There was a dead bug on the floor with several other possible insects on the bathroom floor. The shower had a rounded curtain rod with a rectangular catch basin. This created an issue where my showering completely soaked the bathroom floor. Could be reason why the carpet smelled musty and was buckling at the bathroom entrance. The television had to be turned on and off numerous times to finally have a picture. The room was accessed outside in the pool area like a motel and was next to a large metal door from the parking lot. This metal door was very loud when closing and made it difficult to sleep. All in all I would recommend the management to address these issues and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of staying here to consider alternative options like The Hotel Sorella which is very nearby and a much better option if you don't mind paying a little more for better rest and accommodations. Deeply disappointed!
