4.5/5 — A Beautiful, Peaceful RV Resort with Outstanding Staff I’ve been staying at Fallbrook RV Resort since April, and it has truly been a joy. The pool, gym, hot tub, and business center are all fantastic. They are clean, well-maintained, and always a pleasure to use. The staff here are equally wonderful. I especially want to highlight Reggie Prawl, whose exceptional service has always stood out. I haven’t seen him recently, and I genuinely hope all is well, because he is absolutely an asset to this establishment. Lately, I’ve noticed Brenda, who works incredibly hard and is always polite, kind, and helpful. She does a great job as well, and her effort is truly appreciated. This resort is beautiful and one of the most enjoyable places to stay. My only gripe is the lake. It doesn’t appear to be maintained the way it used to. In the past, the water levels were always consistent (just like the photos on the website.) Recently, the water has receded significantly. The pipes are exposed, and there’s now an unintended “walking trail” around the lake that really shouldn’t be there. I hope management understands how important the lake is to the charm of this resort and how much it sets Fallbrook apart from other RV parks. Thank you for all the peace, comfort, and good times. Despite the one concern, this has been a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

This resort is awesome, and the resort manager, Brenda, has been doing an excellent job, especially during this freeze. She’s handled everything very professionally and calmly. I went into the office and witnessed two guests being rude to her regarding the water shutoff. She explained the situation clearly, but they continued to be disrespectful, and I felt compelled to step in. I’ve lived here for four years and was considering moving out, but since Brenda became the resort manager, things have improved significantly. She truly cares, and it shows in how well the resort is being run.

The property manager, Brenda, is very friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure the guest are well taken care of and comfortable. She stays on top of everything and is a very hard worker. I also met her husband and he has been helpful as well.

This RV Park was great to stay at. I was here for 2 weeks and loved it. The spaces were well kept, wide enough to park next to my RV and nice grassy areas around the sites. The park was large enough to enjoy walks in the evenings with my dog and although the area is busy, the park was pretty quiet at night. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool, although it looked very nice and clean. I would love to stay here again in the future.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Fallbrook location last week to rent a spot for the weekend. What started as a short stay turned into a month-long stay, as I needed to be close to the hospital for my loved one. During this time, Mr. Prawl provided exceptional support and service. Being from Mississippi and dealing with a difficult situation, I truly appreciated the way he went above and beyond to make my stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. He not only helped me with the initial arrangements but also ensured I had the best options available once my stay extended. Working in the field of customer service myself, I recognize when someone exceeds expectations—and Mr. Prawl absolutely did. His professionalism, understanding, and dedication made a big difference for me during a stressful time. I highly recommend this location and commend Mr. Prawl for his outstanding customer service.
