DO NOT BOOK HERE!! This location is awful. The hotel needs to be torn down and/or taken off the list on the Bonvoy listing. I recently booked this location and had numerous issues. Issue 1 the first set of rooms offered smelled like urine as soon as we opened the doors. Issue 2 the toilet wouldn't flush and the water backed up in the sink. Issue 3 the furniture abd beds are well beyond their life. Issue 4 vagrancy in the parking lot. This location seemed more like a seedy Motel 6!

Stayed here based upon very reasonable online price while in town for a wedding. I will say that the online photos do paint a prettier picture than reality, but our experience was not as bad as some others. The positives: the desk clerks were friendly and helpful; the shower was strong with plenty of very hot water; good pillows; good coffee shop a block away; the price. Negatives: generally run-down feel of the hotel; lots of highway noise because of proximity to beltway; beds were very firm; a cockroach was in my son's bed when he pulled back the sheets on the first night. I know those things are going to be more common in older hotels, but that was pretty gross. Unlikely to stay here again unless other, better places were in very short supply.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I wouldn’t stay here again unless absolutely necessary. I was on a last minute trip without many options. My room smelled so bad, I had to buy air fresheners. I’m pretty sure it was from the vent. I was told that my room was cleaned every other day, but it was never cleaned. It’s not in a good area. I found someone sleeping in the stairwell which made me worry about my safety. The staff was fine. Not spectacular just fine. I didn’t explore the amenities as I was mainly in the hotel to sleep. The breakfast looked typical. It is also one of those hotels where your phone/magnet cannot touch the key.

Here are my thoughts: Pictures are outdated. We thought there was a hot tub but there was none there. Weight room - Onlt treadmills and no one eights but they have a weight rack. TVs are old and outdated.

This is horrible, There is mold on the shower head, there is brown stains on the curtains, the location is by a highway, the power went out and we are stuck with no power and no electricity. It is hot with no air, the room smells of mildew and mold, the carpets feel very damp, there was noone at the front desk.
