Staff was extremely nice, close to the airport, rooms do not have enough lighting, no full length mirror in room, and the carpet in the lobby smells stale. It's really affordable and the hotel was very clean. I did not eat the breakfast or catch the shuttle so I can't comment on that. The bed was comfy but the pillow were too soft. Overall decent hotel, but I probably won't stay there again.

The location was perfect. The had a shuttle that was very convenient. They also had fresh water and coffee all day that was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast attendant was so nice and gave us her personal banana since the breakfast didn't have that option. The rooms were fine but a bit dated but the other positives out weighed the room.

Staff is super friendly and helpful! I had a rough travel day and very much appreciated the hospitality and efficiency of the staff. The hotel is tucked in a good spot away from the main road so there weren’t any issues with noise. The shuttle was quick to pickup on a weekday morning. The free breakfast and coffee were also pretty good. Only downside was that the hairdryer in my room didn’t work. Would definitely choose to stay here again, wonderful experience.

The hotel was nice once we got there. but myself and several other people that were trying to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel would call the required number and it would ring and ring and ring and ring and ring and nobody would answer. once I got to the hotel, I was in the lobby and the person was behind the desk and just ignored a ringing phone. that seems to be the biggest problem. Sat in lobby after checkout for about an hour and alot of the time, there is no one behind the desk. Room was good. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good

The location is great as it’s just minutes away from IAH. Check-in was very easy and took less than two minutes. The room was set up nicely with a separate part dedicated to an additional tv and pull-out couch bed. There is ample lighting and seated space. A nice sized desk for the work I needed to do and small side tables that can be brought in front of the couch. Having a small fridge and microwave is very convenient. The sell some food items near the check-in desk. The bed itself was not comfortable. It was pretty soft and I could feel the springs or supports. It is definitely time to replace the mattress. Noise was kept to a minimum even with the hotel being sold out for the night.
