This hotel definitely needs some upgrades and fixing. I should have looked at the reviews before booking which was my fault. First off the toilet had no water pressure to even flush, the shower head pipe had leaks shooting water all different directions, and the TV was old and tiny almost from like the early 2000's. We couldn't even watch cable. Then when we checked out we noticed we had extra rooms charges when we never bought anything from the hotel and some bizarre tax fees they don't tell you about. We definitely don't recommend this location to anyone.

This hotel is tragic. I came in, and was checked into a room and the bathroom was filthy. Went back to the desk, was checked into a second room and there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. Was checked out of that room and was sent to a third room, which had bugs crawling in the bed, a previous guests socks and a dirty housekeeping rag left in the room. The staff is completely unprofessional in their appearance and no one seems to know anything. The manager is never there, and I was completely ignored by the property manager. Had to hunt down the manager after calling repeatedly and stopping by twice. He never once attempted to contact me regarding the situation in 5 days. Completely ridiculous. DO NOT stay here. Save yourself the headache.

Unfortunately, I did not read reviews before booking here, but BEWARE. if i could give this hotel zero stars, i would. we booked a double queen room, and were given a king bed (there were 3 of us) and they said that was the last room left. then, proceeded to tell us the elevator didn’t work and we were on the 3rd floor traveling with someone disabled. not to mention, the hotel looks run down, and not in a great area. the staff is unprofessional, and rude. they refused to offer a refund though we were unable to stay due to the broken elevator. it would have been nice to know about that when booking the reservation.

Arrived at 7pm for my prepaid stay. Clerk was sitting in the lobby with his kids and no evidence that he was an employee. Eventually checked me in. I go to the room. No towels. I try to call the desk. No answer. I go back down and inform him of missing towels. After rummaging around procures one. Makes a comment about "housekeeping.". Hopefully the towel is clean. I get up early to run. I specifically chose this hotel for its 24/7 fitness center. Both treadmills have handwritten signs reading "BROKEN" on looseleaf. I can provide pictures. So then I proceeded to inform staff of this. Outside. Smoking. Some woman there with him, presumably a significant other based om their actions. Obviously he can't fix the problem. Nor does he apologize. Taking my run outside at this point - 85 degrees and 72% humidity - the surrounding area is retail, auto body, and other hotels. Several homeless persons in front of various stores. Eventually paid for a day pass at planet fitness, showered and used my lone towel before checking out.

The staff was great & the rooms were very clean, but the building itself wasn’t in good shape. The elevator, cloths dryer & treadmills have been broken for a while. Our room also has spots where you could tell that rain had leaked around the window & the ventilation was poor in the bathroom, hours after taking a shower, condensation would still cover everything in there even with the door open.
