We did an overnight here when in town. I will say that both front desk folks we encountered were very nice, especially the tall guy that checked us in. I can’t believe this is a Marriott brand lol. This hotel is ROUGH. They are doing renovations so maybe it’ll get better. The lobby looks great but the hallways and rooms are not in good condition. The elevator is shaky, we avoided using it after the first ride up. It’s also missing a light cover which I see referenced in a review from 4 months ago so that’s wild. The room smelled musty immediately when we walked in. Our window drapes and duvets had awful stains. They didn’t give enough towels or wash cloths for a 4-sleeper room. The bathtub was all rusted and needs a caulk BADLY. It’s also right next to a busy highway so the road noise was loud all night. The hotel itself wasn’t too noisy though. Oh also one of the bed lights didn’t work and was falling off of its mount. Seems like an easy fix for maintenance… All in all would not stay here again. Management needs to put some dollars into the rooms during whatever renovation they are doing for sure.

This hotel is under construction. There was almost no parking. The hallways look very rough. The rooms were okay aside from some broken fixtures and a broken mirror. I am being graceful because it is obvious they are renovating but I do wish I had read the reviews before booking because I would probably have opted for elsewhere. It is very close to the airport so that is convenient.

I’m actually surprised this hotel has 3 stars. The black lady who checked me in earlier today was amazing… the tall guy after her has been non existent all night. I saw a mom and daughter checking in around 8pm…. They waited at the counter for a while because he was in the back with the door closed. Although he’s helpful when present, the hotel already is in HORRIBLE SHAPE. There weee like 6 guys sitting outside in the parking lot for hoursss with their bags… The hallways of the hotel looks like there vacuumed maybe once every other week… The elevator… sketchy. Missing the light covers… unstable. … It’s one of the hotels where you are mad you got bamboozled but you are on your last day so appreciate the good customer service. I left the Marriott near downtown for this to be closer to the airport and I honestly could cry……. lol You can tell house cleaning does JUST enough but they need a deep cleaning and new paint. & updates. Toilets constantly run… grit and grime in every single corner. Walls and trim just disgusting. The drawers on the dresser hang open… no matter how many times you close it. The shower head is…. Shooting water in every single direction. Up down and around. The Ac does work really well though…. They also don’t lock the front doors at night so i believe a random teenager walked in… and walked out after 20 minutes… whewww contemplating on checking out now.

Here for the night but the smell since they are under construction smells really weird in the hall. Thankfully, the room doesn’t smell bad. It’s nice the have a little mini fridge, but somehow it wasn’t plugged in so kids milk and our food ended up spoiling. My little guy put the stuff in the fridge and didn’t notice that it wasn’t cold. When I came to open it, the smell was bad and fridge was warm. Wish they plugged or turned on the fridge before guest checked in to room. Nov.2025 smells bad with the reconstruction. Smells like plastic toys or phthalate or something toxic. I think it may be the wall paper/ glue that they are using to put them up.

Big thank you to Natalie (Nikki) and Jorge the front desk staff at Fairfield in Humble. Extremely helpful and courteous when I lost my dent card coming into town. Comfortable room and clean facility.
