A nice place to stay overall. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in a convenient location and shares a parking lot with a IHOP and Hooters. The only negative I encountered was the breakfast was your standard hotel stuff but they don't replenish the stuff so when they run out it seems like they are just out of it which I find strange.

Dave at the front desk was so helpful the whole time I was there. Great location, but for some road construction to get on the north bound frontage road to U turn for the hotel. The cleaning staff were amazing and I appreciated that I could have gotten my room done everyday if I had needed. I was on night shift working so they were great to let me be. Quiet hotel. Ok gym. Wish the breakfast would offer more fresh fruit options like berries, melons, oranges - more than just an Apple

I asked to be moved due to the smell in the first room, and although they were sold out, the nice gentleman at the desk switched my room. However, the second room smells as bad as the first. I am having to sleep with the window open next to the noisy freeway to tolerate it. $200 a night and it smells like a sty.

It smells like a gym locker in my room. The bathroom door doesn't close, the shower door doesn't close, broken and loose floor tiles, the shower doesn't drain properly leaving a standing puddle all day, mildew on the ceiling. So I asked for another room and the staff was accommodating. The new room has far few issues but is still musty but not as bad as the first. Maybe that is normal here, I'm not from the south? The bedding is too much. A thick comforter. The AC blows across the beds, and you want it on, so you are too hot covered, too cold not. The free cookie on check-in was nice.

Needs more parking spaces. Have coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Great customer service. Always smells great.
