We stayed here for our wedding weekend, and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel and its staff. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. A huge thank you to Ashley, the General Manager—she was the absolute sweetest and most helpful person. She knew how stressed I was with wedding planning and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly the entire weekend. Because of her, our stay was completely stress-free and so enjoyable. Ashley and her team made sure we were taken care of every step of the way, and it truly felt like they genuinely cared about our experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and the indoor pool was a huge plus, especially since it was cold outside—it made it so much more enjoyable and relaxing. The location is also perfect, close to some of the best restaurants. This was hands down the best hotel stay I’ve ever had, and it’s all thanks to Ashley and her amazing staff. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone—especially for a special occasion like a wedding. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for Families — Warm Pool, Great Breakfast, Amazing Staff!! We recently stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Houston NASA/Webster, and it was a wonderful experience for our whole family. The free breakfast buffet offered an impressive selection, especially the variety of cereal brands — a huge plus when traveling with children. The coffee was excellent, and I loved that they offered both Vanilla and Hazelnut creamer. My husband was happy to learn that the hotel provides 24/7 coffee service, so a great cup of coffee is always available. The swimming pool was a highlight of our stay. It was warm, cozy, and felt almost like a giant hot tub. According to my 6‑year‑old nephew, the pool was “epic,” and he even announced that he wanted to move into the hotel just so he could swim every day. Our room was very comfortable, with great beds and an excellent selection of pillows. In true kid fashion, my nephew turned the long table against the wall into his own personal fort using his Spiderman blanket — and he slept happily inside it. The fitness room was another pleasant surprise, packed with plenty of equipment so you don’t have to miss a workout while traveling. We also love the hotel’s location. It’s close to Urban Air and Great Wolf Lodge, two of our nephew’s favorite places to visit, which makes this hotel especially convenient for family trips. The staff made our stay even better. Everyone was pleasant and efficient, and Megan and Ashley went out of their way to make my nephew feel special. They chatted with him about his Great Wolf Lodge adventures, helped him get a straw for his milk, and were incredibly patient when he tried to use his Great Wolf Lodge coins to buy candy. Their kindness truly stood out. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning for Spring Break.

The King suite is stunning. The beds are super soft. The place is unbelievably clean. Greatest features of this place are the indoor heated pool and the free ev charging out back. The negatives would be the customer service. Ive visited this place 3 times. And dealing with front desk is never really a pleasant experience. And the last occasion I'd booked for the night and decided first thing in the morning to extend. Called down to do so and I was told someone else had booked that suite. I asked how that could be when I was still IN the suite , it was not yet check out time and I'd never gave notice that I was checking out. The woman on the phone in a dry tone told me booking in advance was how they operate to stay booked. It just seemed really inconsiderate and messed up. Ive never had that experience before and I've used many different hotels, abroad and cor self care staycations. Jumping the gun to book rooms before the guest has been given an opportunity to book again or even leave, might be good for the books but its really scrappy customer service. Edit*********************** Tried this place again. Booked on the actual fairfield site in advance. Arrived, and the same woman who was rude before about telling me the room I was still in had been booked so I could not extend and would need to leave by 12, was here again. I had a guaranteed reservation but she told me upon arrival that they didnt have the room. I'm so annoyed with the service here. The only thing keeping me from doing a 1 star is the pool.

One night stay for a family visit to area attractions. Great accessibility to Space Center, Kemah, 45S, and tons of surrounding eateries and entertainment in area. Hotel was clean, bedrooms were nice and clean, overall comfortable stay. Easy check in and we appreciate the noon checkout time. Indoor pool is a plus. We missed breakfast, so no comment for that. Great option for the price.

I must have gotten one of the newer rooms, because based on some of the other reviews I was a little worried before arriving. To my surprise, the room was very nice, spacious, with a great shower. Breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast, but I appreciated the staff going above and beyond. I went down early just for juice and coffee before breakfast officially started, and an employee was kind enough to turn everything on for me. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. That said, I agree with other reviewers that the hotel could use a bit more attention to deep cleaning. If they hired a few more staff to do a thorough clean once a month, this place could be amazing, especially for the price point. My room’s AC probably needs a new filter because there was a faint musty smell, and the carpet felt a little sticky. Overall, it wasn’t the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed in, it was not spotless, but clean enough to feel comfortable staying the night. I would stay here again.
