Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Houston Missouri City

Our stay was disappointing. We were placed in a ground floor room that was extremely noisy throughout the night. The room was right by the lobby area where there’s a TV and couches, and people were sitting there watching and drinking until around 3 a.m. The noise carried straight into the room, making it very difficult to sleep. On top of that, the room window faced benches outside where people would sit, talk, and laugh late into the night. Being on the ground floor meant all of that noise filtered directly into the room as well. The TV in our room also stopped working during our stay. There was no technician on site, so the front desk staff member had to come up and help us take the TV off the wall just to restart it, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was very basic, though I do want to mention that the staff working in the breakfast area were extremely kind and welcoming. They were definitely the highlight of the stay. Overall, while the clean room and convenient location were positives, the constant late-night noise and maintenance issues made it hard to have a restful stay. Quite disappointing considering the whole purpose of the trip was to get away and relax.

Very good location. All staffs are professional and friendly. It's worth every penny. Room is clean and they have nice gym in lobby. Highly recommend

Excellent location and price—room is clean. Provide complimentary breakfast. Free parking. Walmart within 5 minutes walk. Rarely stay at Marriott due to high pricefor this top quality hotel—this was a great!

Rooms are nice and clean. Shower could use some improvements (old shower heads and short shower curtain = water everywhere), decent breakfast. One down side, rooms facing the busy street gets an all night drag race white noise sounds.

We just checked on ! This Hotel is Amazing ! Smells good, VERY CLEAN, front desk is friendly and kind! Parking is easy I love it and highly recommend! Tracie at the front desk IS ABSOLUTELY A BLESSING. My husband is in dialysis which means he’s always cold as he was doing his treatment he was cold I went downstairs to ask for an extra blanket and TRACIE gave me another blanket for him. This hotel breakfast area is impeccable. A petite employee with short hair came through looked everything over to make sure the breakfast was plentiful. They also have a wash handwashing area to cut down on germs. Every thing was AMAZING! I will and we will make this our hotel of choice. The rooms clean the AC had great cold air hot water in the shower too! Who ever the site manager is for this location runs a tight ship and all of the employees know their assignment!
