I booked this hotel based on its strong reviews and convenient location near a hospital where I was receiving treatment. While many guests have had positive experiences, my stay was personally disappointing in some key areas. I discovered on the day of check in, only after checking the app that my reservation had been canceled due to an invalid card on file. With no courtesy call or notification. My first floor room request was not accommodated, and a confirmed priority late check out based on the Marriott tiered membership was not honored. The same front desk agents was involved in these issues, which added to the frustration and made the bad experiences feel personal and discriminatory. That said, the other property staff aside from front desk agents were pleasant kind and helpful, which did make parts of my stay more comfortable. The property was nice as well. This review reflects my personal experience and is shared with the hope it serves as a reminder that proactive communication, compassion, and true hospitality matter just as much as policies and that one guest experience can shape lasting impressions. If i had to sum it up for whoever reads the rieviews I would leave you with this... The guest experience doesn’t begin at the front desk; it begins the moment a reservation is made.

We came into town for a baseball tournament and wanted to be close to the fields so the kiddos could dip in and out of the pool between games. The hotel was extremely clean, the service was top tier and there was FRESH COFFEE at all times!!! I want to give Miss Jennifer at the front desk major kudos for making us feel at home, pumping up the boys before and between games and just being such a welcoming and friendly person! She is the main reason we will be back. Hospitality isn't a job for everyone. Some people just have the ability to create comfort, connection and belonging where ever they are... That is Miss. Jennifer! Thank you!

Service here has been amazing. I checked in Monday at around 1030pm. The lady at the desk was sweet and professional. The front desk put together a card for my birthday. The bartender was sweet and professional as well. I have had to travel on my birthday and it’s tough being away from my family but this was a great experience. My only gripe is the shower pressure. Everything else was awesome.

Edit** I see the manager replied. I understand you're here to clean the image, but you weren't there when I watched your employee look into my car as she walked up to me sitting down on the stoop outside my car with the doors closed and she told me "someone reported someone was back here with there doors open". Who would report a car with their doors open? If she was solely patrolling, wouldn't she just mind her business or come up asking was everything ok? Your assistant manager ignored my first question when I specifically asked her "Do you guys have a position here that checks the parking lot because someone just walked up on me while I was outside asking me what was I doing here because someone reported someone back here with their car doors open". I just checked out, what do you mean what am I doing here? Your assistant manager, Asia, told me usually customers don't sit outside their car. What else don't they do? Since there's rules and guidelines on what someone does after staying here. I'm even more uncomfortable a manager would blindly defend his property without personally reaching out to the customer. Further reinforces my point on why I wrote this review in the first place. A lady from the property named Asia walked up to me post checking out asking why was I back there because they received a report someone has their car doors open on the property. Whole time, I'm watching her look inside my car as she walks up. Then she took a photo of something in front my car, which I assumed was my license plate. Not sure what she took a photo of. All I know is that I was debating if I should book another room. I won't be. The front desk lady I spoke to right now, whoever is on shift, was very rude as well. I feel judged here and anxious, which is weird because I just came here for vacation.
