This hotel is by far one of the best by Marriott! The hospitality is beyond amazing! Between the awesome front desk staff, to the friendly housekeeping, my family and I felt most at home here. And the breakfast, Serena is so kind and accommodating every morning and her breakfast is so tasty! It’s supper clean and well organized, she does such a good jobs every morning and always has a smile on her face. The hotel manager is so kind as well. You can tell that this hotel staff actually Cares about their guests and that makes a huge difference. Thank you to everyone at the Fairfield!

This is my favorite hotel across the country. Marriott as a company is great, but this location is 🔥. The rooms are always clean and stylish. The customer service is amazing. Great recommendations and always accommodating. The real shine comes from the cooks. Everytime in here Ms. Serena is there to make delicious food. I've been to fancier places and the food doesn't match. I could feel the love behind the cooking. It brought tears to my eyes today. Reminded me of a meal that my late father made me as a child. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

The customer service were not good here. I will never return to this location. My friend had a roach in his room. I had a bug in the bathroom when we asked for more towels for our rooms, the responses we got were unprofessional. They didn’t tell us before we checked in that the water was off. They didn’t want to relocate us to another Marriott nearby or give us our full refund.
