Lala and Night shift Emerson front desk clerks was very helpful for getting my rates correct for my stay both of them were very helpful and have great customer service. I have been since June of 2025 and never met the owner and i really having bad issue with my rate. The room i have trouble with a lot Roaches but i have no choice at this but to stay here my sofa bed is literally broken cant sleep on my son just sleep on the sofa part. Im going thru some time finding a home at this moment and this a nice and cheap place to live momentarily.

This Extended Stay over on 2424 Sam Houston.. is one of the worse places I have ever stayed in. No lie!!!! Day 1, the front desk clerk put us in a room that was not like the room we requested online, and we "will" be staying here a month. No where to sit but a" broke" desk chair.... no sofa bed like advertised... the bed but I should say "cot" mattress was completely dented in on one side... no funiture, see pictures below .. the hallway reak with Marijuana smoke.. I tried to get them to put funiture in the room or a new room, they said the hotel was completely full.. ..(but there is one front desk clerk that does her job well, i wll post her name later, the other 2 ladies didn't seem to care.. ) Day 3, after my 4th time complaining , the nice clerk, finally move us to another room on a another floor, the funiture is still very dated.. but at least its better than the other room, the hallways still stink and we have roaches, i have killed 3 since i been here... this hotel is not for the weak!! I reported one incident to the front desk of this guy kicking on a door late at night and yelling in the hallway for about 10 minutes , The police has had to come out 3 times in the 5 days of us staying here.. stay tuned cause I got about 25 more days here.. 🥴

Very comfortable atmosphere. And the receptionist Ladonna is amazing! She makes sure you're taken care of and she has the most intriguing personality. Always a treat when I come down to the lobby and see she's working behind the desk. Keep doing what you do because you're doing it right!

Bella, Josh and Courtney were great at the front desk! Housekeeping and ground maintenance kept the property clean. No bugs, no issues and all appliances worked. Great stay!

This motel and Josh has been so great with me as there guest . I lost my home back in feb and no where to go i Thought i would spend three night and it turn out that i been here for 10 months now and I never want to leave .Everyone in this motel is so friendly and the house keepers are great Especially the one does my room . I feel safe here i know this is going to sound strange but this room better than my whole apt was . I have no problems with Roaches or rats . I am in bad health and i feel so safe being here . Give it a try you will not regret it
