Lala and Night shift Emerson front desk clerks was very helpful for getting my rates correct for my stay both of them were very helpful and have great customer service. I have been since June of 2025 and never met the owner and i really having bad issue with my rate. The room i have trouble with a lot Roaches but i have no choice at this but to stay here my sofa bed is literally broken cant sleep on my son just sleep on the sofa part. Im going thru some time finding a home at this moment and this a nice and cheap place to live momentarily.

Very comfortable atmosphere. And the receptionist Ladonna is amazing! She makes sure you're taken care of and she has the most intriguing personality. Always a treat when I come down to the lobby and see she's working behind the desk. Keep doing what you do because you're doing it right!

Bella, Josh and Courtney were great at the front desk! Housekeeping and ground maintenance kept the property clean. No bugs, no issues and all appliances worked. Great stay!

This motel and Josh has been so great with me as there guest . I lost my home back in feb and no where to go i Thought i would spend three night and it turn out that i been here for 10 months now and I never want to leave .Everyone in this motel is so friendly and the house keepers are great Especially the one does my room . I feel safe here i know this is going to sound strange but this room better than my whole apt was . I have no problems with Roaches or rats . I am in bad health and i feel so safe being here . Give it a try you will not regret it

I arrived last night and received exceptional service from Emmerson. He demonstrated a positive and outgoing attitude, embodying servitude leadership. Emmerson was both professional and accommodating throughout our interaction. He informed me that the standard checkout time was 11:00 AM, and upon noticing my concerned expression, kindly offered an extension until noon as a courtesy. However, the following morning (August 13, 2025), while working and running behind schedule, I called the front desk to request the noon extension. Unfortunately, I was informed that this was not possible. When I mentioned Emmerson’s assurance from the previous evening, the representative explained that due to staffing limitations, they could not accommodate the request. In my experience with many hotels, housekeeping staff often allow for some flexibility when guests require additional time, frequently offering to clean those rooms last if needed. While I understand operational constraints, I believe the front desk staff could benefit from additional training to ensure a more consistent, helpful, and friendly approach to guest request. My 3 star is only because Emerson provided exceptional service otherwise I might give it a 1 star.
