I stayed here for about 3 and a half week no my name isn’t in the system because I was an extra guest.. From the start there were problems. First night got accused of smoking in the room (I just put a candle and incense out after cleaning to move to the next room ). Didn’t accommodate (only once we we were helped properly. But not by her) us asking not to be moved because we work over night and sleep during the day. She kept moving us until I decided to book up the whole month to make sure I was able to keep our room. One day we denied house keeping and she said we weren’t allowed. House keeping came at 2:30pm. I have to get up for work at 5. Yes I denied. And although she let us stay she started being rude. Not greetings in the morning sign the receipt and go. She’s see her walk in and just sit the receipt on the desk to sign. No words exchanged. Even one day my partner was being respectful when she walked in and saw them talking and waited to he tended to. Manager looked at her and proceeded to say “you can’t speak ?” My girlfriend isn’t problematic so she told her she was raised to be respectful. Tried to get clean towels one day got denied by the manager who told her to wait for housekeeping and house keeping told her to take it to the front desk. Door didn’t lock. Only dead latch. Roaches. But we never complained. Eventually she stopped with the attitude. She kicked us out when me and my girlfriend got into a loud dispute. Although there are ppl who argue on the property at night and even during the day. Guess we decided to argue to early ? She approach us and told us wrap it up and leave. No money back even though we paid that morning and got kicked out at 11am we weren’t problematic and we always paid on time. No deposit back either.

DO NOT PURCHASE A ROOM FROM HERE PLS!! This was a terrible stay. I paid for a 1 bedroom with a sofa bed as described online. I got there and it was just a 1 bedroom. I called the front desk only for her to tell me that the sofa beds were removed out of all rooms and she didn't have any two beds available and I would have to stay in the room for a night with my 6 children until they find an available room. The next morning they find me a room with two beds and I paid for two days. The third day I wanted to extend my stay but without notice or warning they sold my room before 9:30. So I had to except the same exact 1 bedroom I had the previous day. The next day I go in to pay for another 2 bedroom she tells me I can no longer rent from them because of my baby who was dealing with a stomach virus pooped on the sheets that I tried to clean. So they now can refuse my service.🤨 For baby poop on the sheets!!!!! Let me remind you that the rooms were infested with roaches, so I went to Walmart and bought roach spray, awesome, and bleach and cleaned the entire room myself. Then when asked to change rooms I deeply cleaned the room before leaving it and all the maid had to do was to remove the sheets from the room. I literally cleaned my own room to keep from having problems with the manager and she still made something a problem. I called corporate owners of Sonesta and they confirmed that the manager has 29 complaints on her by herself and the property itself have over 14 complaints. He confirmed that of the company continue ignoring the needs of customers and continue with their franchise decisions they will be under investigation, and will return back to corporate as a corporate owned business.

I would have given 5stars but there were a few factors. One the 1st night I checked in I had trouble with accessing my room with the key. I told the front desk the issue and he first proceeded to say there was no record of us checking in. Only when my other half walked in the door did he change his tune and produced a paper with my significant others name. Then we had a concern about being double charged on the security deposit for the room. There was a little debate we had until we came to the conclusion that after we checked out we would receive the deposit back . Fine I was too tired to continue arguing. The other half thing is , most places I’ve been to had a breakfast bar. I think one needs to be placed here. At least a coffee pot. But aside from that my stay was just ok at best.

Excellent Managerment Customer Service, Manager has Great Attitude, with much patience and courtesy smiles when assisting. Front desk staff very professional in service when assisting with payment accuracy. Housekeepers very friendly with providing room services in cleaning room upon request providing needs Finally ground keepers amazing keeping grounds beautiful work, very polite in moment conversations, but very focus. Environment is very peaceful Thank you so much for giving me much comfort and keeping me safe in my stay. I am enjoying room and services
