Had a reservation with them for the weekend but they didn't have room reserved and when they said they would provide a free upgrade, the upgraded the room was full of smoke and the lobby was also full of smoke, and the fire alarm was ringing again and again which was being turned off. After that they said they would process the refund but that also never happened. There is no professional antiquities in terms of how to answer a question. Have had to repeat to them a couple of times for refund still they would behave as if they don't understand english. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Nearby Holiday Inn is what I booked which was good, a bit costly but doesn't waste an hour in terms of giving the service paid for.

Destiny was awesome. She should be the manager. She has a kind heart and actually helps the people staying there. Keep up the good work. Far as the hotel elevator always breaks. Smells like dog and has dog poop all over the sidewalks. Roaches are really a problem here.

I absolutely love this place. They’re attentive to my needs very respectful and the housekeepers do a great job. Front desk attendants are amazing always polite courteous and compassionate. I love this hotel and the staff. We are FAMILY

This hotel is not suitable for anyone to live in. It is infested with roaches, the elevator was broken, they was also fumigated room while I was staying there. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. If you can stay at motel 6 or something lesser I would reccomd that. When attempted to get my money back for the night that I stayed they refuesed and was no help. I caught a sinus infection while staying here. Horrible place and horrible ownership. This hotel should be condemned and shut down due to the horrible living conditions. The hotel also smelled like the Floors was wet. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. Run run away fast.
