Love this hotel, I've stayed here several weeks over time for work! The location is fantastic. Clean rooms, staff is very friendly. I really can't say anything negative. Especially given the price. Thank you!

I really don’t like bashing businesses, but I can’t take it anymore. There’s so many things wrong with this establishment. I don’t even know where to begin. My family and I have been staying here for the past month and a half. Two weeks into our stay the elevator goes out. I normally don’t mind taking the stairs, but when we booked we booked our room on the third floor. That was before the elevator went out. I had no way of knowing. It’s such a hassle brining in groceries, or having elderly visitors. The elevator is STILL broken. The next thing I’ll comment on, is the cleanliness. It looks like they don’t have a janitor or a clean crew. There’s always TRASH strewn all over the stair wells (it also stinks like mold, so don't get me started on that) They wait for the “trash rooms” to pile up before taking out the trash. I’ve seen roaches in the trash rooms as a result. The laundry machines are expensive, and they never dry your clothes all the way, despite setting it to high heat. I’ve ruined a lot of clothes. The laundry room is also always a mess as well. Housekeeping can be rude and they’re always gossiping loudly in Spanish. (I know. I speak and understand Spanish.) There’s been a couple of times where my room couldn’t get done, because of my cat and they show up at random times. I have to put my cat in a carrier for I’m not sure how long until they can get to my room. Which isn’t fair to my cat. Breakfast is “grab and go” which is just a muffin or oatmeal. But who has the time to make and eat oatmeal “on the go” There’s just a lot to take in. The hotel does have a couple of nice employees who helped me exchange my sheets, and towels. So that was nice. However one employee, Natasha, isn’t the friendliest or most welcoming. It seems like every interaction I’ve had with her she seems displeased, and I’m inconveniencing her in some way. Almost annoyed. She seems very tense all the time. Maybe I’m miss reading. It also takes awhile before anyone at the front desk comes to help you. They’ll have you standing in the lobby. You have to shout “Hellooo” over the counter for someone to walk out of a back room to tend to you. This place is also a hot spot for police/criminal activity. They’re always patrolling the parking lots around the area. Which is great, I haven’t personally witnessed anything out of the ordinary. There’s been a couple times where I’ve seen blood outside?? Maybe that’s why 😂 All in all my stay hasn’t been good. Like at all! I’m not even sure who to get in touch with honestly.

The rooms are not being attended to more than once in one week that we stayed . No change of beds sheets nor vacuum . Short staffed , young man at the front desk was untrained properly and clueless

I needed to stay here due to a pipe busting in my home. There have been some billing issues. (I DO NOT THINK THIS HAPPENS OFTEN!) HOWEVER; Victoria the GM has hired such wonderful staff. They have been so pro-active to get these issued fixed! The hotel does stay very busy, yet quiet. Very pleased I chose this location. Thank you to the staff and management for their due diligence! GREAT STAFF GREAT MANAGEMENT

**"Disappointing Stay - Misleading Information and Outdated Facilities"** "We booked this hotel based on some positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The rooms appear to be in need of significant updating. The decor felt very dated, and there was a noticeable chemical odor in our non-smoking room, which was unpleasant. We were also under the impression that breakfast was included. However, the reality was a very limited 'grab and go' offering consisting of coffee, a single pre-packaged muffin, and some oatmeal packets. While we appreciate the attempt to provide something, it was far from the standard breakfast we expected. Overall, we felt the hotel was misrepresented. While the staff was polite, the outdated facilities and the misleading breakfast information made our stay less than satisfactory. We would recommend potential guests carefully consider their expectations before booking."
