Can I give a -5 star review?? Don’t ever stay here! We had a reservation for a queen suite. We got 2-double beds. My husband is 6’4” and hangs off a double bed. We tried multiple times to speak to the manager and he got ridiculously defensive and called the cops. All we wanted was to get what we reserved-a QUEEN suite! We were there for MD Anderson cancer treatments….so already stressed and anxious. He treated us terribly-there was no empathy but complete defensiveness! Worst and rudest person we’ve encountered during our trips down to Houston.

Man, I had a great experience at this property is really close to the stadium and a lot of Indian food restaurants in Mexican restaurants has everything around. It’s in a perfect location as long as we’re talking about the rooms. They’re Pretty good and it seems like it’s spotless.. My honest opinion would be 9.5 out of 10 And great service… Receptionist Sunny Was really helpful with the communication over the phone. I suggest this place if you’re trying to help a fun time with your family friends.

This hotel is not safe to stay. It is dilapidated. The walls are super thin. You will hear children crying and playing throughout the night. They will charge your card when there is a third-party has already paid. They would you to use your debit card for incidentals ( which is fine ) and then after you check out, your money should be refunded. My money was not refunded. They kept my money so they got paid twice through a third-party and they got paid through me. When I asked to speak to a manager, I cannot speak to a manager. They always give me runaround. The pictures of the hotel online are not belonging to the Extended Stay. This is false representation! I was able to upload pictures. When you look at the pictures for this hotel ( look towards the bottom)

The entire place smells like mildew and bleach. Guest service is non existent. Save your money do not stay here. They have blood stains in the bathtub walls, cabinets full of mystery stains, there was a hole in the ground covered by a carpet. No baby accommodations, the suites didn’t have linen for the pull out couch. Everything is a hurdle to get towels or room service. Phone in the room doesn’t work. I have never stayed in such a crap room and I’ve been to motel 6. Hallways smell like weed and the rift raft can be heard easily thru the walls. If you need a one and done and don’t have family then come on down. If you are staying a week and have family DONT DO IT. Tried to get moved to a different room like every other hotel would do if the room was dirty and nope not accommodating at all. I can’t repeat this enough save your money book somewhere anywhere else. Blood or fecal stains on bed sheets. Literal nightmare.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. We were charged for a night we didn’t even stay in the room. Despite asking multiple employees to speak with a manager, we were told the manager was never available. One young man at the front desk admitted the manager “never answers his phone,” which left us with no way to resolve the issue or request a refund. The conditions of the hotel were equally horrible. The entire property smelled awful, the rooms were filthy, and we even saw roaches. The thermostat in our room was fake it had a screen and buttons, but it doesn’t actually work... For a so-called “business hotel,” they don’t even offer free WiFi. And when they advertise “free breakfast,” what they really mean is instant coffee. To top it off, when we asked another front desk employee the next day about speaking with a manager, she told us point-blank that we should have stayed at another hotel. That comment says it all. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The lack of accountability, cleanliness, and professionalism is shocking. Seriously DO NOT STAY HERE!
