If you are looking for a weekend getaway or extended stay this is your one stop shop! The staff is BEYOND AMAZING AND FRIENDLY! Since Ms. Sweety, Mrs. Ahsha, and Ms. Maria to the reign things have been great. The team, Shumaila, Cay, Bre, Ericka, Cece, Kim, Ashley, Wendy, Marian, and Cheryl all have made our stay here one we will never forget ❤️! It’s people like them that make the guest feel like family. Please let them know that the Tabor and Santana family love and appreciate them beyond words can express. May they all be blessed abundantly.

Stayed 2 nights on vacation and couldn't wait to leave. When I pulled up, I thought it might be closed since the exterior looked so bad. There was a truck in the parking lot without wheels sitting on bricks and it was still there when we left 2 days later. The location and price were the main reasons for staying here, but after staying there, I'd pay more for a nicer room somewhere else. The room was pretty rough. It was clean, but it had clearly never been truly cared for beyond routine cleaning. The water pressure was the worst I've ever experienced. It was virtually non existent. The sofa sleeper mattress was disgusting. We had to ask for linens for it at the front desk, and they gave us one flat sheet, which was barely enough to even cover the gross mattress. Ended up buying some blankets at Target for the kids to sleep under. The kitchen area was nice to have but didn't really use it beyond the fridge. Overall, I would not stay here again. It's clearly owned by someone that's just trying to milk it for all it's worth by doing as little as possible to maintain it and relying on location.

Room was not clean. "Kitchen" is tiny and not equipped with anything, unless you ask. In other words, you can get a plate, bowl, cup, and one set of silverware. "Breakfast" consists of a muffin and oatmeal. Dishwasher doesn't work. Air conditioner cuts off unexpectedly. Service is basically do-it-yourself. The website is misleading -- room looks nothing like the ones shown on the website. The only plus is that it is very near to the medical center, which is important for me because I'm on a transplant list and may have to get to the hospital quickly. In general, not really worth the money. I won't stay here again.

I'm living at this hotel currently because of a house fire and the staff is extremely nice and understanding. The hotel is clean as heck. The people who are saying it's not are liars straight up. I haven't seen not one bug or anything out of place this place is nice compared to ALOT OF surrounding hotels. I'm going through a hardship right now and these people have been so understanding. The water gets extremely hot but I love it that way. I rather it get hot like that then lukewarm. Overall I would choose this place all over again. The rooms are spacious and like I said I'm big on bugs and not ONCE have I seen a bug. They have basic breakfast in the mornings for their guests and they are very hesitant when it comes to putting out guest who can't pay on time. It's embarrassing but I'm one of them due to my situation. My family has to start all over again and I'm glad I chose this room.

Had to leave about 20 minutes of checking in. Room was clean but had a smell. Roaches roaming around like they own the place. The TV worked but had a blue tint to it. The hallways reeked like weed. We ended up getting our stuff and leaving elsewhere to stay. Very unsafe.
