I'm living at this hotel currently because of a house fire and the staff is extremely nice and understanding. The hotel is clean as heck. The people who are saying it's not are liars straight up. I haven't seen not one bug or anything out of place this place is nice compared to ALOT OF surrounding hotels. I'm going through a hardship right now and these people have been so understanding. The water gets extremely hot but I love it that way. I rather it get hot like that then lukewarm. Overall I would choose this place all over again. The rooms are spacious and like I said I'm big on bugs and not ONCE have I seen a bug. They have basic breakfast in the mornings for their guests and they are very hesitant when it comes to putting out guest who can't pay on time. It's embarrassing but I'm one of them due to my situation. My family has to start all over again and I'm glad I chose this room.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. My room wasnt the cleanest. Stains on the bed sheets. Shelves are falling off the wall in the restroom area. The constant sounds of babies in the hallways and helicopters outside at all hours of the day and night was unsettling.

If you're planning on going please DO NOT do it, you'll regret it. I should have believed all the bad reviews I ignored. Elevator doesn't work. Smells so bad like sewage the smell is so strong that when I got back home and unpacked my bags I noticed all my clothes smelled like the hotel. Walls were dirty, no soap in the restroom and the lock on the door was loose about to break.

Stayed here twice, thought maybe the first time was a fluke but no, it was even worse the second time. The toilet didn't work. The shower didn't have hot water so they told me to run it for 10 minutes to see if that got the hot water flowing. Turns out the temperature lines were crossed. By the time we figured that out, there was water everywhere because the shower head was broken and spraying upward. (Picture of the shower ceiling included.) It's not filthy but could be cleaner. If there was any other hotel in walking distance of MDA when Rotary is full, I would never stay here. Unfortunately sometimes it's the only option. The breakfast is granola bars and bananas. Coffee if you're lucky. So don't expect much there either.

The room and hotel were dirty and run down. The matress on the sofa was disgustingly dirty with mold and yellow stains looking like urine. The counter was caked on with dust. The customer service was terrible!! They wouldn't give me a receipt upon checking out since I made a reservation with a third party is what they told me.They were not helpful at all. This was a very bad experience. If I could give a negative 10, I would. The only good thing is that it was near MD Anderson. Cancer patients should stay away.
