I stayed here recently for about three weeks going through hard time, and this hotel has no understanding hospitality all. During my stay they change my towels twice once I beg him the first time no problem the second time Carol looked at house and said why you’re so dirty I said it from your floors she would not give me Towels. I had to wait till the next morning to get towels. I couldn’t take a shower that night and had to go to work. Valerie, the manager has no compassion at all. Absolutely the worst manager ever I don’t think none of these people that work have hospitality training. You’ve been warned don’t stay here, unless you like sleeping with roaches

Due to unforeseen circumstances my family and I had to move from another state to Texas. We do not have family or close friends here. Staying in a hotel was not in the plans but we had no choice. We have been blessed to have a great experience with Miss Alyne, Ms. Carol, Mr. Tommy, Miss Destiny, Mr. Byron and the our wonderful housekeeping ladies. The whole team at extended stay make us feel welcomed and go above a beyond to accommodate us. We feel like we are staying with family. It’s safe, clean and calm; there has not been any issues. Best part we can have our pets with us as we transition to our forever home. It’s more than an extended stay hotel, it’s “home away from home”.

We have a great experience with our stay. The bed is comfortable, indeed a pet friendly place. Reasonable price. If u have a dog there is a park to walk them next to the building. Clean bathroom provided with toiletries, soaps, towels. Gym facility at ground floor and self-service laundry area. We didn't have problems extending our stay. Front desk personnel are nice and this place is accessible to restaurants, grocery stores, and i10. Utensils are available upon request.

I've been to several Extended Stays throughout Houston, and this location is by far the best!! Not only the cleanliness of the whole building, inside and out, but the peacefulness at all hours, the way all the employees here are so courteous and well mannered. They are the best customer service I've experienced at this chain. And should be an example for all other employees at other locations. Thank you for making my extended stay nice, welcoming and extremely comfortable. Mrs. Carol you are the best!

Corridors had an odor. Water only gets warm. Never hot. Beds had sheets, no blankets. Advertised as fully stocked kitchenettes. That is not true. Must ask for each item you’d like, and they don’t have some basics. I asked for extra pillows. We had two on our queen bed. 2 staff told me there were no extra pillows. Domestic dispute in the lobby. Cops involved. Exterior doors were propped open with rocks during the dark hours. The bath towels are very thin and small. Very affordable, but you get what you pay for.
