We have really enjoyed our stay at this Extended Stay America. The location is quiet and the rooms are clean. The assistant general manager Mitarshi Patel is very responsive and nice and has helped us to make our stay very enjoyable.

I was very disappointed with this location. I was planning to stay for a month due to moving during holidays. As a teacher in the community I was very disturbed with roaches and maybe rats or something in the walls. Decided to check out early and of course no refund was offered as well as this location made sure all of the money which was given to used. I paid 378 plus another 192 for a 2lb Yorkie to say for 4 nights instead of 7 nights and no refund was given, very disappointing. Would I recommend this play.

We checked into this place and I almost had a panic attack, our room was that bad!!! I have COPD & Valley Fever in my Rt. Upper Lung. It smelled like horrible mildew, smoke, gym locker socks that were left in there for way too long! Cockroaches in the cabinets, on the floor and who knows where else. I was just praying we didn't bring any home. There were bare spots all over the walls where pcs were gone. Like all the trim that covers wiring down the walls! It looked like our room was sealed off by a Health Inspector and they just put someone in it anyway! 🤬 I wanted to go get my daughter out of her room and myself, my husband & daughter go to a better hotel! Her boyfriend was paying for the rooms but I didn't care, I just wanted out!!! It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Also I Never Even Heard of a Grab-N-Go Breakfast, Complimentary Breakfast or whatever you want to call it. Never even saw anything resembling a Free Breakfast!

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to sleep inside a dumpster behind a seafood restaurant during a heatwave — look no further! This hotel offers an authentic experience. The room came with all the amenities: a complimentary army of cockroaches (one even tried to check me in), a mysterious odor that can only be described as “wet gym socks marinated in despair,” and sheets that felt like they’d been washed sometime before the invention of Wi-Fi. I opened a drawer and found a roach conference in progress — they had name tags and everything. The bathroom was where smells went to die, and the air conditioning unit sounded like it was begging for mercy. On the bright side, I never felt alone — every time I turned on the lights, hundreds of my six-legged roommates came out to say hi. Truly heartwarming. Would I stay here again? Only if it’s the last building standing after the apocalypse. Even then, I’d sleep in the parking lot. 1 star — because zero stars wasn’t an option, and one of the cockroaches waved goodbye when I left.

The only reason I refuse to give this place 5 stars across the board is because ownership is negligent. The elevators have been out for more than 2 months I’m told which means that not only are the guest, but the outstanding cleaning staff, are being forced to use the stairs and being on the 3rd floor is a preference, but not shelling out the money to fix the elevators is symptomatic of the country currently and big business corporations putting profit over the consumer. Luckily I have the ability to find a better extended stay even if it may add to my commute.
