The front counter attendant was very helpful and caring. I had been returning to Texas from Washington State and needed a place to crash for the day so I could rest and check out the local doordashing scene (as a delivery person). Not only did she get me into my room several hours before check in, but also didn't charge me extra for staying an hour past check out due to sleeping in. The room was clean and spacious, and conveniently right next to the elevator, making bringing my ebike in a breeze. This place is very affordable, I would recommend it to anyone needing an easy stay. The only downside in my case was the distance from downtown where using my ebike to doordash would've been better, I wasn't able to make much in this area, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

They are ok if you are transitioning from homeless shelters and halfway houses. The price affordable The location is great There is adequate security Enough parking and free wifi Laundry on-site $6per load BUT they are used to people living here so expect to clean your own room, they don't provide towels or even toilet paper. No coffee or breakfast not even cereal/ milk. Outdated appliances and roaches. YOU PROVIDE FOR YOU. PERIOD. ****RESPONSE TO OWNER**** I stayed there approximately for one week... NEVER saw any coffee there ever... people walked to the gas station or the McDonald's next door. NO ONE CLEANED MY ROOM THE ENTIRE TIME. I didn't get new towels or toilet paper. (I asked 3 times) Nothing misleading and yes there are homeless people living there; Some with kids and others with dogs and the smoke smell is very prevalent. Nothing misleading at all. And what hotel only cleans every 2 weeks?? DO BETTER!

Got in at 1 am after driving 15 hours straight for work, only to walk inside the lobby to find a sign that said lobby closed from 11 pm to 7 am. So I had to find another hotel for the night. I had already booked for the whole week and couldn’t get a refund so I came back the next day (yesterday) to check in. The front desk was nice and helpful, and I already knew I wouldn’t get refunded for the night before so I didn’t even bother asking. Got to my room and was immediately smacked with the smell of stale cigarette smoke, even tho I had requested a non smoking room. There is also no comforter on the bed. The tv remote does not work. And so far I had killed 2 roaches in the 1 day I have been here. Since I can’t get a refund, I will be forced to stay the rest of the week, but I will never stay at this location again, and I am honestly considering not going with any comfort hotel lines again. I travel a lot for work, and have stayed in many many hotels. I am a platinum member of the comfort rewards program. This is the 2nd worst one I have ever stayed at, and I am very displeased Reply: No, it is not stated anywhere on the comfort rewards app (my booking app) that your hotel lobby is closed at 11pm. On top of that, I stood in the lobby for atleast 15 minutes waiting for someone to come, as well as called the hotel phone, to which no one answered or came to the lobby. As for the cigarette smell, it isn’t a light odor that could be easily missed. Also, there is at-least a 1” gap at the bottom of the door to the hall. Lastly, I just woke up to a cockroach crawling on the bed. I will be ending my stay early and checking out tomorrow, even if I can’t get a refund and lose money. For anyone reading these reviews, please don’t make the same mistake I did and assume the bad reviews were just disgruntled guest. They, and I, have every right to be appalled by the conditions of this hotel, and management should really feel ashamed

I am so regret of getting a room here. From the moment walking into the room. Not clean, floor is stained everywhere, bedding comes with only pillows and flat sheets with no comforter not blanket, hard bed.. nightstands beat up with only one light omg, roaches everywhere.. ew

If you like BEDBUGS than this is the place for you! The room was clearly not cleaned before it was rented out. And...when confronted with the evidence (pictures of the bugs on the sheets!!) management Still refused to refund our money or acknowledge how poor their cleaning processes are. So if you like terrible service, losing your money and disease carrying insects...i highly recommend this place.
