Nice resort. Unfortunately, not much of a camping feel other than being in a camper. Too many of them are now turning into what we would normally call a trailer park since most people actually live there. Nothing wrong with that, just means that we need to look harder for ones that are still a camping vibe rather than a suburb community within a community. Pool is very nice and heated! Huge bonus! Customer service was great, no complaints there. Everyone was nice and helpful. The most disappointing topic for us is the gym. The photos are a bit deceiving. It is all very rusty, mostly functional but part of the universal machine was partially broken and some of the cabling was questionable. It wasn't replaced when broke, rigged with parts and pieces from a hardware store. The elliptical, bike, and treadmill were old and poorly maintained. The treadmill, specifically, control face was pretty damaged. I find it difficult to believe that, with how full the resort is with full-time living, they cannot afford to keep the equipment nice. There seemed to be enough users to justify doing so. To be completely fair, the gym room itself was very well kept, just the equipment was in poor quality. Even though I couldn't give it an overall of a 5 rating, I would recommend staying there and we would stay again.

This RV resort is incredible. The staff are so nice and friendly. They keep the park and grounds in great shape. There are always activities going on, and everyone is welcome. We stayed 6 months, and were sad to have to leave, knowing we won't find another like it! Micah is awesome! Thank you Rayford Crossing for having us!

Edit: They contacted us after initial review to let us know we can get more codes for the rest of our electronics. That is good customer service, another reason we’ll be back! I almost hate to give a good, solid review because I don’t want too many people going here and we can’t get in.😉. We found out about them part way through our month somewhere else and we left there-weren’t happy- and moved here. We love it and plan to be back next year. Only complaint was each electronic item has to be registered separately and we did not get enough registrations. Also, gate left open during the day but not a big deal as it’s off beaten path.

Great place to stay! We were visiting family for Thanksgiving and it was a very pleasant stay. We even got to enjoy the pool for a few hours one day as it was warm enough. The sites are concrete and level and we had a nice shaded pull-through site. Lots of amenities! We would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was good. Cabin had the necessities we needed. We did ask one of the employees for more wood for the outdoor fireplace and never got out. The door to the bathroom from kitchen was broken and there was a musty smell possibly coming from AC. There are some soft spots on the floor in the kitchen. Also the couch in the living room is not very comfortable
