No drain plug in sink Dirty room at first (they remedied that) Only 2 pillows, world’s thinnest comforter Only 2 towels, SUPER thin No face or hand towels until next day (housekeeping did come daily for towel exchanges) Extremely loud and annoying alarm would sound whenever office door is opened. Happened all throughout the night. TV signal continuously cut out and sound would stop, needing tv to be restarted to bring sound back. Do supply single use shampoo packages and bar soap. Price is decent. If your only concern is a place to sleep then you’re golden.

They broke into my room twice and the owner go and play gulf according to his wife and did not bother to come and check. Worse hotel so far. And the Room attendant cleaner very rude too. Always did what she like .She decide either she will clean your room or not.

Horseshoe Stream

Overall, the stay was okay. It was quiet and safe during my short stay. Everyone minded their business. They were either in their rooms all day, leaving the hotel for the day, or coming at night. You'll rarely notice. My non-smoking room didn't smell, but I wish it had natural light without pulling the curtains to the side or turning on the lights(see last photo). The office staff members and housekeepers are hardworking, patient, and good people. The towels and bedding sheets have stains, although they clean them. I saw them physically put the dirty towels and bedding sheets in the washer machine. Wish they put more detergent to get it fully clean. Only one primary housekeeper (I'm aware of) and the office staff members also assisted(individually) in cleaning and preparing the rooms.

When I say staying here was the best experience it was I lived here for 1 month and the people running it are the sweetest people. They were very patient with me , and really worked with me on the price to help because I could no longer afford the initial price. Thanks to them I was able to pay that price until I found placement in the shelter. They took good care of my son and I and I’m so very thankful to them and I appreciate them so much. So if you’re looking for somewhere to stay that’s clean and safe come here.

Check in was easy despite the man checking me in was sooooo rude. There are no beverages or snacks on site, fyi. The rude man will charge you for the eater and cans of cokes, but cash only because he couldn't run my cc for some reason. The was hair strands all over my room and towels. The room said non smoking, but the room definitely smelled like smoke and there was a musty scent in there as well. Someone obviously was smoking inside because the smoke detector was covered in a plastic bag. I'm sure that's safe. There was also alot of built up drips of something in the bathroom. Overall, it looks like they just replace the bedding and sheets (that have burns in them) and toilet paper and the room is ready for the next person. I ended up leaving early because I couldn't stand the musty smell in my room and I didn't feel like dealing with the super rude man that was on site.
