My stay at the Embassy Suites was excellent from start to finish, and a huge part of that was thanks to Arieal. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. My room was spacious, the amenities were great. But what truly set this stay apart was the level of service. Arieal went above and beyond in every interaction. She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Whether I had a question, needed assistance, or just passed by the front desk, she was always helpful with a great attitude. She made the entire experience feel personal and stress-free. Embassy Suites already offers a great environment, but employees like Arieal make it exceptional. I would happily return and definitely recommend staying here — especially if you get the chance to be helped by her.

This location needs lots of help. Starting with the elevators, only one was operational for the whole hotel. The second elevator experienced a critical failure, resulting in an emergency controlled decent, which my family and I got to experience first hand. Let's just say my wife had thoughts of Final Destination for a moment. While there, we never had hot water for our shower, mildly warm, more often cold. Room is dated and needs maintenance. Breakfast was decent, good choice of selections. However, the bright spot was the front of the house. Upon check-in, the young lady had a very cheerful disposition and had me laughing when the system jacked up my reservation. With confirmation in hand, and her light-hearted humor, we worked our way through the issue, and I got to my room. Lastly, my team and I have concerns when we see Houston PD walking around the parking lots and in the lobby. Seems that there have been issues in the past, which I got to see first hand when two people decided to have an all out action-filled couple minutes in the landings.

I had a really comfortable stay at the Embassy Hotel, and Arieal was a big part of that. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel welcome right away. It honestly made the whole visit feel smoother and more enjoyable. Breakfast was great too—fresh, tasty, and way better than I expected. It was the perfect way to start my mornings. Overall, I left really happy with my stay. Thanks, Arieal, for making it such a good experience!

This was the only thing wrong with my Birthday weekend. I usually stay at Hampton inn & suites or Hilton garden inn, but wanted to stay here because of the made to order breakfast, Jacuzzi, & room space. Second night overnight we realized the AC wasn’t working it took a minute to realize because it was cold outside at night but it got warm during the day. We told front desk in the AM. They said they would have maintenance look at it. Spent the day out celebrating came back to it still not working. Mind you they only had one elevator that’s slow. Takes forever on a busy night and we stayed on the 5th floor. Next morning told front desk again they said they would look into it. Got back and still not working at this point they tell me ac and heat is down. I contact corporate because this is my last night and I just want to be compensated for the 3 nights I put in a complaint and nothing was done. Jacuzzi and pool was out of order. Elevator out of order. Rooms are old. I don’t even trip like that usually but for it to be my birthday 😡. It really ticked me off. There resolve was 30,000 reward point which equals 1 night at some hotels not even theirs. So now they get this review cuz I will never stay here again. There is a Hilton garden inn next door. If you frequent Hilton properties stay there. The worst embassy ever.

Update: received our folio and was charged for parking. Was never once told there was a parking charge. We normally enjoy staying at Embassy Suites but this by far was the worst we have ever stayed at. The positives: breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Location was good. The negatives: Shower was broken upon checkin. No hot water. They replaced shower head while we were gone with another shower head that was not new. Still no hot water. Water pressure was non existent. The headboard was painted over and chipped…and it was like they didn’t clean it before painting. The room was hot and stuffy. They only had one working elevator for the entire hotel. I had reserved 6 rooms for myself and employees and I was embarrassed by the quality of the hotel.
