From the beginning of my stay to the very end, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, I realized I hadn’t done my due diligence in checking the official check-in time and arrived early due to my flight schedule. Despite this, I was warmly greeted by a young lady at the front desk who went above and beyond to find a room for me. As someone who travels frequently for work, I know how uncommon early check-ins can be—especially without status—so her kindness truly meant a lot to me and saved me from having to wait outside. Upon checkout, I was assisted by Zarha, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The level of customer service I received throughout my stay was exceptional. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to others, and I look forward to returning myself.

Clean and modern embassy suites! One of the nicer ones I’ve stayed at because of the updates. Rooms are nicely decorated and kept. Pillows couldve been more firm however. Complementary happy hour is good as always at embassy hotels

If I could, I’d give this 1000 stars!!! Our front desk person Yousef was very nice, polite and gave us a warm greeting. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was amazing. The breakfasts at Embassy Suites is the highlight of the whole hotel. All the service staff at the omlette station/breakfast station were very warm and polite. Overall this hotel is by far the best I’ve ever stayed in!! 5 stars:]]]]]]]]]]]

From the moment we arrive until the moment we check out, we are always treated with genuine warmth, kindness, and care. This year, the service was truly exceptional — especially from Zasha Ford. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay felt special, personal, and completely stress-free. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness made us feel valued and appreciated in a way that is rare these days. Zasha is truly a gem, and the hotel is lucky to have her. The entire staff is consistently sweet, helpful, and welcoming. Every interaction from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast team shows how much they care about their guests. Our room was spotless, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the service was flawless right up until checkout. Embassy Suites Energy Corridor has become a tradition for us because it never disappoints. Each anniversary feels memorable thanks to the beautiful suites, great amenities, and the incredible people who work here. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a place that genuinely treats you like family.

I booked a last-minute celebration for my daughter’s birthday, and it turned out to be fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised to check in early. The girls enjoyed a fun scavenger hunt, and the manager was incredibly helpful—she even took photos for them and let them use some props from her inventory. Overall, I would rate this place a solid 10!
