My family and I recently stayed here for the Houston Chevron Marathon weekend. This is the second time that we stay here, and it is THE BEST choice! Every person was patient and helpful; Claude was awesome and the manager was HIGHLY accommodating.The women in the dining area were friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was convenient and accessible despite the various road closures around downtown. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Barn doors…are we in 1800s..why every hotel room has to have a barn door let alone bathroom of all places?? Thats the most ridiculous thing ever. There is zero privacy and there is a huge gap between the door and the wall. All sounds and smells travel freely in the room…I mean who does that? The room however was spacious and smelled fresh but in some places it showed its age especially the bathroom looked worn out. Really needs renovations. The breakfast was included and it was good! Omelette is freshly cooked right in front of you. Valet parking is $60 but you can park across the street for much less and still be able to go in and out (I paid $30 for 28 hours). The staircase in the lobby had a decent layer of dust..seems like nobody touched it in a while. Front Desk staff could be a little more welcoming.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in Houston and overall had a very good experience. The rooms are spacious — great if you like having a separate living room and bedroom — and while some elements felt a little dated, the bathroom had clearly been refurbished recently and was genuinely lovely. The location is solid and convenient for getting around Houston. The only real frustration was the valet situation. It’s quite expensive, and the system doesn’t seem to work properly with non-US phone numbers, which feels odd for an international hotel. I ended up having to ring reception just to get the valet to bring the car around — not exactly seamless. That said, breakfast was excellent, the gym was fantastic, and the bed was perfectly fine (I’d rate it average to good). Would I stay again? Yes — despite a few annoyances, I’d happily return.

Had an awesome experience, everyone was so friendly except the bartender at happy hour, but we didn't let her put a damper on our wonderful stay. There was the sweetest guy named Claude who went above and beyond to ensure our special time with our grandkids was a magical one... explaining all the details about the downtown christmas lights and walking us next door to use the pool amenities! He was just truly awesome and we think he should definitely be recognized for his wonderful customer service!

Great experience staying here... room was extremely clean, great breakfast each morning, and location is right by convention center and many great restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!
