This was my 2nd stay at this location in 2025. Front desk folks are welcoming & friendly. Always smiling! Breakfast is always yummy!! Lobby is always clean & lovely. Although, this trip there was a buzzing alarm sounding off every few seconds that was quite annoying. It continued across our 3-night stay. I will still be returning to this hotel bc I love everything about it!

We stay here because our house flooded. We have 4 dogs and they accommodated us by giving us ajoining rooms to give the dogs more space to move around. It was very quite the entire week we stayed. The rooms and lobby are very clean and they have free breakfast, a bar area, and they have happy hour at 5pm.

My husband and I stayed there on the night of August 29th this year . Thru asked for. A $50 security deposit and we as of yet haven’t received it back. We left everything in order and without any damage. I called them a few days ago , and the front desk employee told me to call “ Marriott “ (?) I asked him how they would would know that we had cleared checkout without them relating that to them . He got a bit rude and then he just hung up on me . I will not be staying there again in any location unless we get our deposit bank . I will , not be recommending this hotel at all , and will let it known they don’t return deposits .

Absolutely horrible experience with this location. When I arrived there was no hangers in my room, asked the front desk to bring me some. When I checked out all hangers were left, some on the counter where they put them and some in the closet. They called me that day and said I would be charged for the hangers. I told them where they were left they said they would call back thay day. I never got a call and then got a $50 charge from the site. I called 3 times in the next couple weeks and requested a call back from a manager. Never got a call. Now I have to go to corporate to submit a case. Never will I stay here again. Management doesn't care and can't even return a call.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had high hopes the check-in process was smooth, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are truly unique and stylish. A small note: the light switches could use some labels, as it was a bit confusing to figure out which switch controlled what, but that’s a very minor issue overall. My wife and I travel often for work and stay at a variety of hotels across different cities, so we were genuinely excited to try this one. Unfortunately, what could have been a wonderful experience took a turn during breakfast. While enjoying our morning, my wife overheard two hotel staff members one older gentleman cleaning and restocking, and another with glasses whom was making the fresh omelets make an assumption about us. They glanced in our direction and began speaking in Spanish, implying we might not be actual guests and had just come in to eat for free. One of them said, “people sneak in here to eat,” and it was clear the comment was directed at us. We didn’t want to create a scene, so we quietly stepped outside to finish our coffee, then returned showing our room key non chalantly by our side only to continue feeling watched and judged. It was really disheartening. We’re a younger couple, and while we know that can sometimes invite unfair assumptions, we’ve never felt so unwelcome during a hotel breakfast. It’s a shame, because we truly wanted to love everything about this place. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one left us feeling disrespected and disappointed.
