Spent a girl's weekend in Houston. The hotel is about 45min away from airport. Check in and check out was seamless. Rooms are a nice size and accommodated us well. We had an issue with ants in our room. Reported it to the front desk. Housecleaning gave our room some extra attention. The following day we were out all day and came back to our room, not cleaned. We bought it to the front desk attention and was told it would get cleaned. It didn't. Management t told us later the cleaning schedule is every other day. We wish that information was better communicated. Free breakfast is offered. Overall pleasant stay.

Never coming back. The elevator stopped working the next day I got there; they said “is going to be repaired tomorrow”. So I had to take stairs every day to the second floor with 3 small kids, shopping bags. And the elevator was never repaired. I had to called the front desk several times in order to get room essentials, every day…. Imagine that with 3 kids, any mom would know how long it takes to get ready to go out for anything with 3 small kids.. imagine adding all of this on top of that. The water stopped working properly and was all brown and disgusting, when I called the front desk regarding the water problem, they said they were going to perform some kind of test? I thought that was regarding the water problem. But then I realize it was a fire test. They sound a fire alarm, my kids were freak out. So sad because I thought this was a really nice hotel to stay with kids because of the kitchen facilities.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The first time I stayed here was a couple years ago and that was for 1 week. The elevators never worked for the entire stay so we had to go up and down the stairwell any time we needed to get to the car. They don't clean any of the water from the kids tracking the pool water into the hallways. The most they will do is put up a sign and then you're trying not to fall the whole way to the door. The 2nd time I decided to stay for 2 weeks and figured maybe the elevators worked now. I was wrong, 2 years later only 1 elevator works and then after the first 3 days me and my gf were woken up to a fire alarm not only once but twice on 2 back to back nights at 6 in the morning. No fire what so ever, it just went off for 3 seconds and shut off. Our keys also decided to stop working randomly so we couldn't get back in to our room and so I went downstairs to have that fixed, came back up and they still didn't work. As I try to go back down the elevator stops working lol! This is by far the worst hotel in existence, I mean it's been a week so far and no one has still collected our trash. We have a pile outside and have to consistently go to the front counter every other day to ask for towels. Definitely not spending a dime at this hotel ever again.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Manager, Lina and Maria were unbelievably amazing and hospitaliable. I've been to a lot of hotels and this one takes the win. Great job on everything! From check in, to the the fresh cooked omelet bar, every moment was perfect! Look forward to coming back.

I stay at this hotel for my first time. The location is very convenient for any eatery places. The main thing is Costco is right next door. You can even walk from your hotel. The rooms are clean and updated. The gym is awesome. Breakfast service can be improved a bit. Overall, this hotel offer quality stay. I would come back to this hotel whenever I am in town. Totally recommended.
