This place was rated 3.5 stars on Expedia but it should be rated 1 star. Staff is nice but the room smelled funky, it was dusty, they probably never mop the floors, the furniture is in bad shape and they don't really serve breakfast, just some muffins. The night lights were cool but nothing else, I got cold the first night and requested an extra blanket but they said they don't provide anything extra and the worst part was when I saw some cockroaches. I do not recommend staying there, I know I will not stay there again.

Rooms were clean enough. Comfortable beds, my room had sounds coming out of the night light outlet for some ver tu odd reason, had to cover it with AAA pillow, the front office guy was surprised when i showed him the next day. But it is not bad, can stay over for one night.

Not a good experience. Bad location, the rooms were very dirty. Dead bugs in the corner...TWO cockroaches found in the bathroom, dirty floor. Holes in the sheets, uncomfortable pillows. Dirty out door pool..not great staff. The cleaning people moved my suit case on to its side dumping everything out. Took the garbage out and the inside of the bin was filthy. Lamp lamp lamp sockets hanging out of the wall Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else unless you want to sleep with roaches.

This should not be considered by anyone as an option to stay in. The lobby is always locked and the front desk is behind bullet-proof glass for a reason. The room had cockroaches, the courtains would not stay shut (they had a hole so you could hook them to the door knob), the towels had cigarette burns, the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. When reaching out to the front desk to complain about all of this, they just offered to replace the towels and/or moving me to another room. They also said cockroaches were all over Houston so I should expect them no matter where I stayed. They refused to refund but I still had to leave and find another place to stay because this place was way below any lodging standard.

This was advertised on Hotels.com as a 3.5 star hotel. I do not think it meets those requirements. It was a nice enough place, but the pool is not open currently (6/27/21). They are renovating the place and our room has fresh paint, a recently updated bathroom and new floors. I think once all renovations are done and the pool is open, it will be very nice. The neighborhood is a little sketchy since there bulletproof glass when you check in. Really think it's a 3 stars, but gave 4 because of active renovations and the potential future quality
