I got to the hotel and paid for my room. When I got to the room, first off I didn't feel safe there even in the parking lot. I'm a single older woman. The room itself had a bad odor and when looking at the bathroom I saw a huge area on the ceiling in the shower that looked like it was about to cave in and there was visible mold. Went to the office to try to change rooms and the other room next to it was better but I still didn't feel safe so I decided to leave. Waiting to see if they will refund my money (Probably won't). Stay away from this place.

Stayed for two weeks, smoking room had been recently updated, clean and bug free, staff helpful and always had big smiles, overheard other guests verbally abusing staff, but I found no reason to. These ppl work hard at pleasing anyone who is pleasant. Maybe guests need to quit expecting $1,000 rooms for less than $400 a week. Personally I will stay here again, and again. Hopefully the fwy construction will be done when we return!

Ever since they switched to “Prestige Inn” they have gone downhill. I’ve checked in 3 times since and the new “manager” lady is rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t let the customer talk and automatically starts taking defense when a customer tries to explain. She is very unprofessional and when I asked about the previous receptionist, she snarled back, “I am new manager now.” Such a warm and wonderful greeting from what used to be a warm and welcoming smile from the previous lady or gentleman. The rooms are beyond clean as always and the housekeeping there always is super sweet but the past 2 times since they changed their name have been a disappointment. She needs to learn about hospitality and customer service skills and how to properly greet a guest amongst just basic customer and human interactions and respect before being placed as the “new face” and first impressions customers are greeted with as the “new change” otherwise your gonna looses a lot of your regulars and that’s what got the company to break away from the chain, correct? Hard to build that back when you destroy it from the beginning so rethink and train that lazy. I’ve always been a customer service manager and I would NEVER hire or even think to put her in a role with customer interactions based solely on her past 2 interactions with me . Good luck cause you already lost 1 regular, how many more will it be?

Called and booked this room on Priceline. Asked if there was adequate room to park a large truck with a 40 ft trailer and was told there was. Got here and there wasn't room to park. But the staff quickly moved EVERY car in the lot for us to park. Extremely wonderful staff. Room was nice and quiet. No one bothered us. We really appreciate their kindness. It made our trip to Houston a lot better. Thanks guys for everything you done.

I didn't stay over there because it honestly looked ran down a little to me. But I live down the street and 2 of my friends have stayed in the rooms. Whenever I come to pick them up there's always a lot going on in the parking lot (little parking lot by the way). Not loud or anything just foot traffic at night!
