The Star is a great place to live. The staff knows residents by name and are always happy to see you. The building is clean and safe. Abbas Mehriar who leads the concierge team is always attentive and friendly making the lobby very welcoming. He remains polite and attends to every resident quickly and with a smile every single day. Abbas is also the Houston City Assistant Manager with Parking Systems of America and runs the Star’s parking garage very well keeping it in order and running smoothly for residents all year. Brandon Martindale, the Star’s leasing agent does a great job and is very accommodating and friendly. He’s available to help out whenever something is needed. The residents are friendly, the cleaning and maintenance teams are friendly, leasing and concierges are friendly, it’s a very welcoming environment all around.

I am so glad I chose The Star as my new home. From the leasing staff to maintenance to the concierge team, everyone has been incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. They truly go out of their way to make everything as convenient as possible, and they take great pride in keeping the community beautifully maintained. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here and genuinely feel blessed to call it home. ✨

My family loves living at The Star! The location is perfect for my family as my daughter and I both walk to work. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance, and we are close to Daikin Park and the Toyota Center! We rarely have to drive anywhere.

Living at The Star was wonderful! I loved the modern apartments I lived in at The Star, and the new friends I was fortunate to meet. Most of all, I was impressed with the concierge staff. They were always professional, courteous, and had a special way of making me feel safe and at home. Abbas, Farhan, Maisam, Homer, and Rizza are the absolute best. True gentlemen. It was always a pleasure seeing them in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

The Star shall be given 5 stars! Our real estate center brought a group of students, alumni, and board members to tour the property, and it was an incredible experience. Ashley helped coordinate everything and it was a well oiled machine. Brandon was also a great cohost and had fantastic knowledge of the building. The building itself is a Houston Icon. I personally am a huge fan of when historical buildings are preserved and functioning, and this is a great example. It’s an amazing spot in Houston, and I’m glad I had the opportunity to check it out.
