I am so happy my doctor gave me a reference for Luxe Health Retreat for support during surgery recovery. The first 4 to 5 days were much harder than I imagined. Nurse Tali has a warm personality and is very experienced. I felt safe because she is so knowledgeable. I got very nervous about the swelling and she kept me calm. I had a complication, and she was on the phone with my doctors and nurses, taking pictures and managing everything. She took care of medicine, pharmacy, doctor appointments, drain care, meals, helped me shower etc. The meals were yummy, the house was cute and clean, plenty of protein shakes (doctor said I needed 3 a day). 100% recommended!

I stayed here for a week during a move, and the experience left me feeling deeply uncomfortable. The host made personal and inappropriate comments shortly after I arrived, including asking questions about my appearance and expressing preferences for dark skin women. I was also unaware that he lived on the property, which made me feel uncomfortable so I did not sleep there the first two nights. He jokingly texted me to ask if he should call the police because I haven’t been back. During my stay, he attempted to contact me every day, offered dinner and insisted to bring me dessert after 10pm. I locked all the doors and ignored his message. He proposed a type of massage in exchange for content for his spa business upstairs from the Airbnb. According to him, his goal was to make more women comfortable to book with him. When I expressed discomfort and declined, he became upset and said he’s going to raise the price of the Airbnb because we had an agreement. He also admitted to monitoring my activity through a Ring camera and by watching through his window, telling me when I came in and when I turned off my lights at night. That admission made me feel extremely unsafe. I ended up not staying at the property and kept thorough records of the experience. I would strongly advise women, to avoid this listing or booking his spa services.

Tali is very very professional. Very Knowledgeable in this profession. She is very gentle and get the job done. The massages are incomparable to any. When I went to get a lymphatic massage elsewhere, they knew instantly it was professional done and she was complimented on the massage. Words can not express my experience and was absolutely blessed to get an Amazing Tali experience on my lymphatic massage.
