East Downtown Apartment

I applied in the beginning of January and never received a call back to confirm if i was approved or not. Everytime i call it always goes to voicemail and ive never even received a call back from the messages that i left

I’m writing to formally share a concern regarding my recent attempts to inquire about your apartment availability and leasing information. Unfortunately, each time I’ve called, I’ve been answered by an individual who identifies himself as “Hendrickson,” and who claims to be the manager. I feel it’s important to bring to your attention the deeply unprofessional and frankly unacceptable way I was treated. Each time I’ve tried to ask basic questions, I’ve been cut off mid-sentence, spoken to in an unnecessarily negative and dismissive tone, and ultimately hung up on when I requested to speak to someone else. This behavior has not only made it extremely difficult to get the information I need but also left me feeling incredibly disrespected as a potential resident. After speaking to others in the area, I’ve learned that my experience with this individual is not unique — several people have shared similar encounters with him. I even had others call on my behalf to try and obtain the information, only to be met with the same rudeness. If Hendrickson is in fact a representative or manager of your property, I believe it reflects very poorly on your complex and may be deterring serious prospective tenants. Professionalism and basic courtesy should be a standard in any customer-facing role, especially in a housing environment where people are trying to make important living decisions. I hope this concern is taken seriously and addressed accordingly. I am still interested in learning more about your apartment community, but at this point, I would appreciate being contacted by someone else who is capable of communicating respectfully and professionally.

It’s rare that I even make a review but I applied 3 weeks ago and each time I had to reach out to them about the process of it all. My lease literally ends in 3 days. And I was expecting to move in Sep 5. I’m not going to write out everything but this possibly could’ve been a great place to live if they had the proper management team. Thank God I applied to another apartment complex and they got me approved with ease because this was truly a stressful and frustrating process.

The pool was only open during memorial weekend and then it closed. City put up a violation sign and I guess they never fixed the issues that the city found since then because it never reopened. All this rent we pay & can’t even enjoy the pool. Also the gym is super hot. Ac feels like it doesn’t throw anything in there.

THIEF ON THE LOOSE. Me and other multiple tenants have been getting our packages stolen by this guy. Be careful. Just stole one yesterday and went to steal again today.
