I'm starting to like Drury for being simple and value-for-money. They don't seem to have a large presence but the few hotels they operate are usually in good locations, include a consistent breakfast and consistent room experience. Our room didn't seem to have any staining issues but we did notice that the microwave turntable wasn't working and the bathroom door hinges needed serious lubricating. Other than that, everything worked. There was no safe, that would have been a great value-add. We'd opted out of room service when booking but someone did service our room. The breakfast and early dinner with drinks are valuable in saving time on a vacation, and are a great option to relax if returning to the room early. We're vegetarians so the spread is very restricted, but we liked the consistency in the spread (unlike Holiday Inn that didn't care). The staff is friendly and helpful and we were able to work with them for a slightly later checkout. There's plenty of free parking and it operates with your key card. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel.

Great hotel and fabulous staff. There was only 1 person at the front and she was slammed with requests, check ins, and questions. She stayed calm and worked quickly. Lots of patience! The hotel had a cool parking lot security robot. That was fun to see technology and ways hotels are growing. Breakfast was great, bed was comfy, room was a nice size. Nice location close to the embassy I had to visit the next day. ​

Thank you to Drury Hotels for accommodating us and our stay during December 25-26th 2025. All of the staff was very kind and because we arrived later in the evening closer to the dinner closing time, we were prompted to make sure and grab dinner before even checking in. We would like to thank all of the staff for their kindness and generosity. We also found out that we had booked our stay for the wrong dates and want to thank the team for helping to find us another room and accommodating us! The rooms were very clean and the service was really great, thank you again for making our stay memorable!

For the price we paid... I don't want to wake up to roaches!!!....Any hotel experience you dont want deal with roaches. The only reason Im not giving 1 star is due to the location. They offer free breakfast and dinner but seeing roaches in the room. I wouldnt eat that food! The room lighting is the worst and im not a fan of the colors. The room it self is small. We've been to 1 other in AZ, the service there was great but similar room experience. The tub there didn't drain properly they sent maintenance two times on different days and ultimately we had to move rooms. We tried to cancel and get our money back they gave us a credit to only use at their hotel. We where there for residency and it was walking distance from Phoenix University. The only reason we stayed here is because we had credit leftover and we needed to spend it. After waking up to roaches. We won't be staying at another. 2 locations in two different places and for the price you can find a better experience...I have pictures of the roach!

This hotel is in the Galleria area which is upper scale & has easy highway access & is about 6 miles from downtown. The rooms are roomy & the hitel us clean. Could use some updating but being clean is a major feature. The staff are very accommodating. If I could suggest one change it's the breakfast food items. It's basically the same everyday. Needs a change up. The manager Mark is very nice & quickly resolved an issue with our room. Would definitely stay here again.
