After being tired from driving and concerned about not having enough for a deposit at other hotels. I pulled up to ask the incidental fee. When he shared there wasn’t one I was happy to move forward. After making the payment I was concerned, I thought the place would be filled with roaches. To my surprise the room was roach free. Clean, had towels, microwave, mini fridge, a sofa, nice mirrors and a king size bed. I enjoyed my stay, although it’s not what I’m accustomed to it definitely beat the comfort inn hotels i slept at. If you’re modest, and humble this place is perfect for you. If you’re going to complain and ask for a refund don’t bother coming here. It’s a place to rest, shower and have shelter overnight.

I recently stayed here and I had a wonderful experience. The room was big, nice, and clean. The guy at the front Nick was awesome!!! He went above and beyond to help me get my credit card and reservation right. He was nice and polite as well as smart, the older gentleman that was there was really cool and always smiling. I’m glad I stayed there and will no doubt stay again!!! Thanks for everything Nick you are grade A and I can see you being successful in anything you choose to do

Stayed here for a couple weeks for 600. I can't complain. Room wasn't perfect but was pretty clean and no roaches. Family that runs the place was very nice. Mostly quiet and close to my job. Only one dryer and washer of which were both broken. They have smoking rooms. No pets though. Daily room service. For the price, it was better than most other locations in the area.

I like this place because it’s quiet. The people who run the place are really nice. The rooms are reasonable I’m here with my family waiting on my apartment to be ready. I’ve been here for a month now. My kids go to school from here until we get our apartment it’s really a blessing. Great location.

Awful check in guy. He is very rude and has a rather be anywhere but here attitude. Checked in a few minutes early which was nice, no extra fee for the 25 min early check in, also didn't have to wait. But it was an absolutely awful room. Reeked of stale cigarettes, and the neighbor was clearly smoking pot, the gaps on the door wafted it straight into the room. The cleaning lady does an excellent job with what she has to work with. But does not change the fact that there mold in the room, near the fridge and the cabinet the fridge was in was falling apart. All in all, 55 dollars for mold infested room, sketchy area, and rude customer service. You get what you pay ... fair warning
