It was mostly under massive renovation. So most of the hotel was closed. I went to attend a party. Their main party hall was also under renovation. We went to a small hall besides it. I think after renovation this will be good quality hotel. The food was ok and the service was good. The location is central for people living in South and in North, close to the airport and on a main highway.

I was overwhelmed with the fragrance in the lobby. It was so strong as if they were trying to cover something up. My room had to be switched twice due to sewage smells and a busted flatscreen television. Only for the 3rd room to be unsanitary and required me up clean/disinfect it myself. I attempted to purchase a bottle of water and was charged $18 (I was refunded in cash from the cashier's purse). The carpets were filthy. The walls were THIN and my son could not get adequate rest because of loud neighbors in the halls and at the pool. The parking lot felt DANGEROUS and they had the audacity to charge a fee to park. The decor was outdated and the elevators were SCARY. We opted to only use the stairs only just to be safe. This place should have been shut down or renovated years ago. The website is awfully deceiving. Do NOT recommend.

We had a wonderful stay for Labor Day weekend. Apparently, Hilton just acquired this property a few months ago. As mentioned in other reviews, there needs to be some more updates and improvements around the property however the place is not bad at all. Our room was very clean and updated. There were a few events held at the hotel and they did a good job controlling the crowds and keeping everything under control. The service though was AMAZING!!! Fabian, the manager, was absolutely wonderful and treated us like royalty!! The chef, Edith, was amazing!! All of the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Hopefully next time we come they’ll be some more updates and an even better stay.

Needs updates and air conditioning doesn't work properly. Very noisy hotel, you can hear everything. Customer service at hotel is very basic, this hotel is definitely not to hilton standards at all. Pool area is really nice. Bar actually gave great service and was nicely decorated.

We arrived 11 pm and instantly had to return the front desk as the face of the ac unit was strewn on the floor. I assumed someone had been working on it and stopped mid session as the ac unit was pumping warm air and the room was musty moldy smelling (we are from Florida we know that smell) We went down to asked to be changed as the second guest was pregnant and we did not want her getting sick. They didn’t do anything that night so they asked us to come back in the morning to which surprise no rooms to swap and they attempted a quick fix to so we did get some cold air. The moldy air remained , the shower was low pressure and leaked from the shower into the walkway despite our best efforts. Beautiful downstairs space for events I suppose but they really need to put the profits into repair of the rooms not just the sparkly ambience of the arrival area.
