My stay began on a very disappointing note. I was visiting to celebrate my birthday, and unfortunately, several aspects of the experience fell short. The initial service from the front desk staff was minimal, with no explanation of hotel amenities or notification of issues such as the escalator from the parking garage being out of service. I believe this information should be communicated, especially when guests are directed to park in the garage. Additionally, the room did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton brand property. There were visible stains on the flooring, stained light fixtures, and dim lighting in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel appears to be in need of a significant upgrade. That said, after speaking with a manager/supervisor, Robin, my experience improved considerably. She was exceptionally pleasant, professional, and attentive. Her positive demeanor and willingness to follow up made a meaningful difference in my stay. Had it not been for her assistance and customer-focused approach, I would have checked out early. Because of her, I was able to make the best of the remainder of my visit.

Is this a four-star hotel? Not in this dimension. Maybe a three if you’re feeling generous. I dropped over $200 for one night, and honestly, I’ve had better experiences in places that didn't charge me a $40 "surprise" valet fee just to park. I was in room 606 on the 6th floor, and I’m convinced the place is at least half-haunted. At 5:00 AM, I was jolted awake by a man screaming "GET OFF ME!" I thought it was the room next door, but when I checked, I didn't see anyone staying in the rooms around me. It was so loud and frantic I didn't know whether to call security or run. I did what anyone would do: I bolted out of bed and turned on the Disney Channel. Nothing clears out those "haunted hotel" vibes quite like Mickey Mouse at dawn. The room itself was a "shoes-on" situation. The carpet looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in ages, so my boots stayed on for the commute between the bed and the bathroom. The plumbing was its own disaster. The sink pipe was leaking all onto the floor and when I tried to tighten the pipe, the whole thing just came right off in my hand. I had to give up on the sink and use the bathtub to brush my teeth. Of course, the tub didn't even need a stopper because the buildup in the pipes kept the water from draining anyway. The only people here who actually deserve five stars are the valet staff. They were incredibly professional and the highlight of the stay. It’s a shame the room didn't match the service at the curb. If you enjoy paying premium prices for falling pipes and 5:00 AM scares, this is your place. Otherwise, keep driving.

Horrible room service! I asked for foam pillows upon check in and didn't get them for a few hours. I called from the room phone and didn't get through. So I called from my cell phone and was told I would be put on a brief hold. That hold became a 19 minute wait and finally I went downstairs to check on what was going on - nothing! They weren't doing anything! I stood for a few minutes observing while I was still on hold. Finally at 26 minutes hold time, I went up and asked what was going on. I hadn't received my foam pillow and they weren't answering my phone at all. And what answer do I get - they have been extremely busy. Straight up lies!!! The only positive thing about it is the good location.

The staff at this location are absurdly rude & unhelpful. This hotel has so much potential that, unfortunately, is not being met. The rooms are outdated and you cannot even watch TV without spending money. At least the window had a pretty view and the location was nice.

Condensate tube leaking into sink - on purpose; shower knob loose, tub faucet loose. Shared with receptionist - she cut me off - I think they've heard it so many times they just automatically offer another room. She said maintenance needed to check out the new room first. Time went by, no response. I reach out, another receptionist immediately gives me a new room number - we went to the room before moving in and found it had the exact same issues! This place is falling apart, and the staff are helpless - just complaint takers, really, Oh, and we had been upgraded to a corner room - so much for that. Last year it was supposedly being renovated...but none of the rooms. Really disappointing. We checked out and went to a different hotel. RESPONSE to RESPONSE: I emailed the address on the receipt; no response. So I have contacted the hotel. Perhaps you should reach out to them.
