Property is really nice to live here in this area. Office staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance team are friendly and very helpful, especially Trevino. He is the best maintenance I’ve met so far. Always completes my request when needed the most. Overall, they have a great team management.

One of my favorite apartments I have lived in ❤️. The building is very clean and the office staff were very nice and helpful. The area is really calm and overall a good neighborhood to live. I would definitely recommend for everyone looking for an apartment to rent in the Galleria area.

I am so glad I made the decision to move to Galleria Parc. Everyone in the office is so helpful and nice. I have mostly been working with Dania and she is the absolute best. Any issue I have she gets them resolved almost immediately and I very much appreciate that.

My roommate and I moved in August 2023, and ever since then we have dealt with the nastiest fly problem. We are in unit 303, which is right across from one of the trash chutes, and somehow these little phorid flies (pictures attached) are everywhere in the apartment, including constantly swarming outside of the door. You wake up and are constantly bombarded with them. We have tried everything possible to get rid of them. No pets, no food out, apartment kept spotless, yet they always return. It should not be our responsibility to get a competent exterminator on property to deal with this massive issue. Dania the manager has acknowledged the problem and has done the bare minimum to help us, and has even gone as far as blaming the pest control company and their products instead of finding a different solution. Pest control has also offered advice on how to get to the root of the problem, such as power washing and sanitizing all the dumpsters and trash chutes. I did see a power washer this morning, so maybe they are finally doing that. I offered many different solutions in an email I sent about a year ago, and they were all shot down or not responded to. Our state of living and mentality has been terrible. It’s not just one or two every now and then, it is literal swarms. They swarm your food when you are trying to cook, fly and die in your open drinks, and fly around you even when you are sitting on the couch. We never want to be in our own apartment, and it just feels so dirty no matter what we do. Their solution was to have us move units instead of getting to the root of the issue. I’m glad we are moving out, and I hope they are able to fix the problem for whoever moves in after us. I will say that maintenance responds very quickly with any work order we have ever put in, but that is all done on the app. No one ever answers the phones in the office. The elevator has been constantly broken, including as I write this. If the bugs were not such a persistent and present issue, I would have loved my time here and would have considered staying, but we are moving due to the lack of control over this issue.
