Ok so this hotel looks suspicious from the outside, but its not bad at all! Yes you check in with a kiosk which was easy. Breakfast is grab and go. Our room 215 was clean and nice. Smelled nice. Ac worked great. If stay here again. Not bad for the price either.

My experience with Days Inn & Suites @ NASA was concerning. Communication before arrival was difficult. Upon check-in there was only a kiosk with no human staff available (this is a huge problem). Without a person to assist, booking and payment issues arose that continued well beyond my stay. I communicated with the property and management team well after my stay to resolve said issues, but when I requested clarification and an invoice, they failed to share all the necessary information I requested and "ghosted" me once they received what they wanted. I requested an invoice 4 times and have yet to receive one. Overall, their business practices are questionable, raising concerns about safety, privacy, and transparency. This property is more of a motel than a hotel so rooms have direct access from the street. The room itself was clean, and the updated renovations were nice, but there was a strange, unidentifiable smell in the bathroom and the lack of staff was a safety issue. There were also bugs in the room. The breakfast was granola bars. The only creamer provided was the powdered creamer. I would not recommend this location. If budget is a concern (or if you’re loyal to Wyndham and coming from afar) please consider La Quinta instead. They have an operational front desk with a person who can support with concerns, they provide hot breakfast options, the only access is through the front lobby, and the rooms are well maintained. If others are experiencing issues regarding safety, privacy, and transparency with this business, consider contacting your bank and the BBB, as your situation may warrant further investigation.

To be completely transparent, I was hesitant when booking this hotel due to the brand’s reputation as a budget option. However, this location absolutely exceeded my expectations. I was genuinely surprised by how large, clean, and professional the rooms were. The room itself was huge and even included ceiling fans — something I’ve never seen in a hotel room before and absolutely loved. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a tub with jets, which was an unexpected bonus. For the price, this hotel was an excellent value and far better than I anticipated. It has easily become one of my top choices. Another major plus was the location, especially being close to the Houston Space Center — that alone made the stay even better for me. This hotel also offered something new to me: a remote desk clerk via a self-service kiosk. While I can appreciate the innovation, I’m a bit old-school and still prefer having someone physically at the front desk. That said, the kiosk was easy to use, and staff were available remotely to walk you through the process, so it wasn’t difficult at all. Overall, this was a great stay and well worth the money. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back.

Stopped here for a quick rest and was very surprised by this motel. It's your standard cheap motel with the landlord special but I was amazed by the cleanliness, comfortably, and service! You check in with a live feed kiosk! Peter was wonderful and welcoming! He even pulled up a map of the hotel layout to guide us to our room. We had a standard king non smoking room. Very spacious, tons of counter space for getting ready, and the bed was super comfortable and plush. A great spot for an affordable, comfortable stay

Room and bed was comfortable. A/C worked good... the water got really hot and the bath and shower worked well... everything was clean... no roaches or any bugs... pool was nice... a little chilly but not too bad... breakfast only had a 3 pack hostess donuts, no fresh coffee or juice... just a machine that was supposed to dispense coffee but it came out as water... would've been 5 stars if the breakfast was better...
