Very clean hotel with a comfortable bed and a great night’s sleep. The room was well kept and felt fresh and inviting. The rate was very reasonable for the quality and comfort. I would definitely stay here again.

I come here often and the service is always 5 star. The Manager Vick is always nice and very accommodating. The breakfast is always fresh and delicious. The rooms are always clean, my husband and I always have a pleasant stay when we come. I would recommend this place for anyone to stay as your number one choice.

My first time at this hotel was September 29th. When I got there I met two people ahead of me waiting because their computer was down, he couldn't book them in and they left to find another hotel. I was advised by AJ at front desk to book online and he'll be able to check me in that way. I went to wyndham rewards website to book for 1 night but it said no room was available, so I went to Priceline and made the booking. The next day I asked about the rewards points, another cocky short guy was at the front desk. He said I booked with Priceline so I couldn't get my points. I told him what happened and his exact words to me was that I'm LYING. I asked to speak with the manager he told me he's not there...so I asked him to have the manager call me. Which he never did...but proceeded to let know a couple of days later that the manager approved the rewards. On my second day I went for breakfast and they were watching me, the seem cocky guy and another's one. After taking up my breakfast they both came over checking the pans as if they were looking to see how much breakfast I had. They have the private ambulance people that don't stay on property eating breakfast there every morning for free but checking up after me a paying customer. I was already very turned off by this guy, who I learned later from AJ, that he's a manager as well, so the next day I checked out. Upon leaving that afternoon from the lobby, I spoke with AJ the senior Manager, AJ advised if I come back to stay he would up grade my room. He's gives exceptional customer service, unlike the rest of them. I will post my experience when I went back a couple of days later.

Absolutely the most rudest, ignorance, and disrespectful person. You can speak to on the phone when it comes to renting a room. I can’t believe that this was the owner, but he said that he was. The audacity of the ignorance was what just killed it the most even if this was the absolute best safest greatest rooms offered in all of Houston. I wouldn’t spend a dollar here And I highly recommend that you would either give any of his competitors your money crazy literally from hello this man was delusional.

I love the rooms very clean room easy booking in friendly staff and spacious for 1 bed king convient to food and shopping and interstate quiet area the only two things is change the ac vents I git stuffy they need cleaning breakfast was OK just a little bit more of a options wood be nice for the price so the reviews is true on the breakfast but what they have isnt bad its just for the price id like bacon or grits biscuits different spread for the bagels etc
