Very comfortable bed. Really needed a good night’s sleep after a long day. However, some improvements could be made in the breakfast area. That was very disappointing. Waffles were the only thing I’d even eat. Refrigerator had milk but didn’t know how long it had been sitting there warm.Bread was left open and hard. Bisquits were stone hard and the gravy was dried out. Leary of trying cereal. It looked pretty dried out.

Check-in was very smooth, and the room was spacious and clean. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Firstly, there was a very strong smell in the corridor on the third floor where I stayed. Secondly, breakfast was quite disappointing — there were no eggs, which are usually a universal part of breakfast. On the first day, tea was out of stock, and when I asked at reception, I was told “sorry, it’s not available.” The next morning it was still missing, and when I asked again, the receptionist argued that they had ordered it but not received it yet. Surprisingly, when I pressed further, tea was made available within an hour, which I found quite unprofessional. On a positive note, I appreciate the staff for providing me with a laptop charger when I needed it.

Stole my deposit because of old tabacco that was in a full bag of a closed trash bag and accused me of smoking. I don’t smoke. The Indian man said something about cameras in the rooms??? That’s illegal idk what that’s about but don’t book with them they will look for any reason to take your deposit very unprofessional room was dirty

Would have rated higher but the 3rd floor hallway and elevator consistently smelled like weed from the time I got there until the morning I left.
