Discriminates people with disabilities: charges pet for service animals fees when pet rooms are overbooked but the place is full of stray cats. Rooms are filthy, worn, and smell like cigarettes even though they claim its a smoke free "hotel". Sketchy people doing sketchy things too.

I am absolutely disgusted with my experience at Days Inn. This place is very incompetent. They lied straight to my face, and charged me extra fees that were never disclosed at booking. I tried to resolve it directly with the staff, but they were rude, dismissive, and refused to take any accountability. They acted as if overcharging guests is just part of their normal business practice. Even after calling corporate, I received no real help or the SPECIAL in which they advertised in the image attached to this review. They basically charged me Day to Day from Sunday Night-Wednesday Night. And acted like they understood that they made a mistake by saying that they forgot to charge me for Thursday when in all actuality that was already supposed to be not only INCLUDED in their advertised special but they tried to get me to pay an extra day. Only excuses and no apologies. So if you are looking to for the SPECIAL that they advertise Sunday-Thursday it is not an actual special because they only charged me Sunday-Wednesday not a special just the full Day to Day prices. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels before, but this was by far the worst, most dishonest experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from this location — or any Days Inn, for that matter, if this is how they treat paying customers. It’s sad because Hotels like this thrive on upsetting guests in situations like this so that you are not able to calmly and accurately explain the situation. (Keep that in mind)

Horrible experience! Book this hotel through booking.com. Get to the hotel to check in. there was an old like Indian man in the front first thing he say to me is “what do you need” very rudely the whole time was showing me super micro aggression throwing my card and driver license back at me! So I let is slide cause I’m like whatever. So we get our keys to hotel room we walk in BOOM A ROACH, BOOM another one right when we walk in 2 roaches come from under tv and 2-4 dead on the ground. So we immediately left wasn’t in the room for 5mins so I’m tryna get a refund and I still have to be charged for a whole day I will only get half my money back.

Friendly service and cheerful smiles greet you. The building as a whole is immaculate and beautifully designed. In addition to being spotless, our two-bedroom suite was roomy, cozy, and equipped with luxurious, thick towels. A personalized omelette bar goes well with the complimentary breakfast. It's very adjacent to the mall, which makes it ideal for the shuttle to the Fair at the end of August. Unquestionably a place we would want to return to and strongly recommend!

The room was clean. There is no room service, no free breakfast, the lobby is closed off which makes check in hot.
