Clean spacious rooms at an affordable price. We stayed two nights on two separate occasions when surgery dictated, and a 2-week stay when we first moved to the area and our home was not ready for move-in. This friendly hotel afforded us safe, clean and friendly accommodations. And extra thanks to Happy for his gracious attention to every request and his unsolicited assistance when I was hobbling around in the breakfast room trying to carry coffee and a waffle to a table. We recommend this unpretentious hotel for comfort, value and friendliness.

Great Stay Here! Good Prices, Breakfast Included, +Pool Clean Rooms/Space- Happy who works at the front desk is wonderful! He does everything to make sure guests have everything they need and the hotel staff all together are a great team, housekeeping did a great job. If you have a little extra time on your trip make sure to say hello to Happy at the front desk!

No!!!! Spend a little bit more and go somewhere else. It was so dirty. I took my shoes off in my room. The carpet was literally sticky. It was so disgusting. I could not believe it on my third day here. I go in the bathroom to take a shower and water is pouring out of the vent from the room above me. I told the staff and the guy literally laughed. And asked me how much water. I said enough to where I need a new room right now. He would not stop laughing. Eventually he did give me a new room, however it was very awkward. Avoid this hotel at all cost. One guy that runs the front desk was really nice and helpful but the other guy I don't even know what to say. When I told him about the incident of the bathroom ceiling leaking he told me that I was being peed on by a black man named Muhammad. True story! I know it sounds crazy but true 😂😂😂

DRIED BLOOD ON THE SHEETS Should have gotten a red flag when I read the sign saying they were hiring for house keeping… I was going to stay just for a short day so I wouldn’t have to drive back home from Kemah. I checked in, dropped my stuff off & left to the boardwalk. When I came back I sat in the couch in the room and started to feel a bit itchy so I decided to take a shower to wash off the fun day I had. After getting out the shower I notice little things in the room that were a bit grimy- but what can you expect from a Motel ya know? So I shrugged them off. But then I get into bed.. I notice that there are cigarette holes on the top sheet.. again not expecting much from a motel so I just remove the top sheet. Then I notice what looks like blood marks on the white sheet of the bed… I was like okay let me actually inspect this bed to make sure the sheets are clean.. JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES. Looks like dried blood on the side, a brown stain on top.. and it all just underneath that top sheet. Now, I came back from the boardwalk around 10pm ish so I understand it was late. But the front desk was so rude and dismissive he said I should have checked it sooner. Like I came, dropped my stuff off and left to have a fun time at the boardwalk my bad for inspecting what should have been a clean room from the beginning. My friend came to pick me up & she had a service dog so now that I called today to see how I can get reimbursed for a room I literally did not even stay in because of how gross it was they’re telling me that “the room was fine” and they won’t do anything about it. Trying to blame a service dog is kind of ridiculous! Anyway, if you don’t believe me look at the picture and if you decide to stay here DONT! The cheap price is not worth the hazard.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Infested with bed bugs, big ones too, and they don’t care. There’s no way the room was cleaned and no one noticed anything, we were checked in for 5 minutes today before one crawled on us. Have video of the manger refusing to refund us and being incredibly rude, as well as video of the bed bugs crawling on the bed. Unacceptable customer service, department of health has been notified and sent pictures and video. If you guys care to respond, which you don’t seem to be since your customer service line also said they can’t refund us or put us up in another location, do better.
